For me, I think digital mediums facilitates this feeling of refinement and perfection. Having a unlimited amount of undos and tools gives me more pressure to create outstanding pieces. With traditional, it’s limiting; that is why it’s liberating for me. I have to accept my mistakes I make and make the most with the limited tools I have. Facing and living with the imperfections, in a way, grounds me and relieves lots of pressure. Reminds me that creating is not about refinement but about the motions ^^

I love working traditionally for myself. It's a meditative experience. Colored pencil and watercolor are my jam when I want to work in color, ink and a graphite wash when I want to sketch.

I both really love your digital work and your traditional work too! For me I never really got into digital art because just the feeling of mixing paint is something that I enjoy so much. What makes art relaxing is very much a textural thing for me, watching the paint flow and feeling the different materials. And with digital art I just miss this experience (but I do really love the look of it!!).
Watching you draw so much really fired me up to get back into it again! I haven't been drawing in a while and I'm starting to really miss it
I def recommend having a mess desk. I have one and its really a game changer. it's so easy to sit there and draw/paint on a whim
put a table in your closet!! That way you can be super messy, but also close the door for a tidy room in like..one second :)

Hi Tiffany I've been watching for sooo long and I love your videos
I love the colours you use in your work! It's so beautiful and even the pencils look good! I personally have Prismacolor pencils and I'm obsessed. I've tried Polychromos, Crayola, Derwent, other Faber Castell options and none of them do it for me. The texture of Prismacolor is so nice and they blend so well. For me, the difference between Prismacolor and Polychromos is like the difference between Ohuhu markers and Copic markers. They're both exceptional but one blends better than the other. Though I am out of practice in art. Between losing my Prismacolor pencils and an eight-year hiatus from art, I can't really say much. ♥
The Alchemist is such a thought-provoking book. I hope you enjoy it !!!
I agree Tiffany, I enjoy traditional so much more than digital. I do enjoy digital art don't get me wrong, and some things are easier and it is definitely cheaper lol. However, with that being said there is just something about the feel of different supplies and papers or surfaces. It is just so different and I really enjoy it.

Polychromos are oil based and Prismacolor is wax based. So polychromos works better for layering and sharp thin lines. But yes, the wax based pencils suites your style more. 😬😋 loved the originals you did!! I need to start limiting my colour palettes

Hi Tiff! I would suggest using inks rather than colored pencils if you want those real sharp lines. They also make them like super bright which would compliment your art well! The staedler ones you can get individually are fun to use and doodle with 💞

Since the honey bear bottles don't seem to be a thing here in Europe, I always think of "Bee Movie" when I see them and how offended the bees were xD They'd probably dig your bee design. Did you know the prisma's have english color names and french? The english name is right next to the french but I always look at the french one first, also. so it was funny to hear you reading the french names.

idk for sure since ive never tried them but apparently the Faber Castel Color pencils are really good. I pretty much only use prismacolor color pencils and i got them from Blick! they have really good prices for art supplies omg i would have spent more on them if i had bought them from pretty much any other store. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I have a pencil recommendation for you, Posca just came out with a set of pencils and they are even softer than Prisma colors and might work better for you.
The only con is that they are really expensive, i think its like eighty dollars for 36 of them :[
