Thank you! Usually when you prepare the video upload with stuff like title, tags, etc. the video is automatically checked if there is copyright content. Some music labels allow you to upload their content by taking your right to earn money from that video (called content id). TH-cam checks that by checking their contracts with the label. In that case you can upload it. Some labels do not allow uploading their content at all. Then it is blocked in certain/all countries and you could run into issues if you let that content online. In my videos I always go with the first case and support the artists that way.
