The first several swings on each side were a little awkward but I was soon able to swing without tapping. It felt like a good coordination and balance exercise with a nice overall buzzy feeling thru out when I finished. Thank you, Luchin!

This is a wonderful practice. Having thyroid issues my lymphatic system is often off balance which is quite discouraging and depressing at times. Your flow is energizing and rejuvenizing and eases me into some cardio workout too. I love QiGong more and more. Thank you so very much for kindly sharing your knowledge with us 🙏

You can count when your leg swings forward each time, or come it when swinging both ways. It really doesn’t matter. Thank you for practicing with me!
