I wrote this song as a call to action for myself and for those in my life who are struggling; to choose to look for reasons to stay alive, to search for strength and goodness in this life. This song is a rejection of ideas of fate and destiny; a belief that we decide what this life can mean to us. The lyrics speak of strength waiting within, of infinite potential just beneath the surface, and how important it can be to have people who have deep and unconditional belief in you.”
