Lastly, JL was absolutely rocking her acting today: the angry fist-banging kitchen scene was perfect..and hot! the hormonal milk-carton drinking crying scene was freaking hilarious. that vulnerable 'I need you' was fantastic and beautifully played by both of them, and her final church scene: still shaken but accepting and seeking strength and safeguard for her son. So much range in one episode. JL, you rocked my socks today!!
Yes,Liv bared her true self for Nat like for no other,she trusted Nat with her soul,with her life! And Nat left her to die. It scares Liv to trust Nat again,to risk losing desire to function,all because Nat may run when she has a major decision to make, one that involves ¨both¨of them! Liv can not lose herself again,because Nat is in pain. Liv was in pain,and survived..w/o Nat! I do get it,It´s too soon for physical comfort but really, Nat´s on the floor for God´s sake! Liv Hold her!!

one of my fav otalia scene. even in that one hand holding session you can see where the two characters are at. nat wanting forgiveness and comfort. oliv wanting so badly to give it to her but is afraid of being hurt. id felt for oliv cause i know it was hard to turn nat down. but i was very happy cause nat was upgraded to friend status. yes!!! she was back in.

The show is wringing out every bit of emotion before the final reconciliation--making the reconciliation all the sweeter when it finally happens. I guess. But,I tell ya, Olivia is stronger than I because I could'nt resist the combination of Natalia's entreaties and beautiful,teary eyes.
Ok seriously watching Olivia turn Natalia down, broke my heart, was hard to watch, even harder then all the scenes where Olivia went out to find Natalia and everything. Damn that hard.
OMG, I so agree. I thought the Liv scene looking and crying over Nat were poignant but I never came close to tearing up...but this scene just gutted me like a fisherman with a knife. It was heart-breakingly sad!! But damn, give them good dialogue and these two can make a scene simply super! Acting was gorgeous on both parts..and they had like 2 mins to pull it off. Seriously...I want Emmy's handed out to them like Halloween candies!!
Secondly, I did like the scene with Buzz and Rafe. As I've always said, Buzz should have been the mentor figure. Not only does he have an actual brain and common sense and good advice, he's the one who was actually close to Rafe in the beginning and why I never bought the sudden 'Frank's my bud' act. That's the kinda guy that can guide little Mr. Punk, not back slapping clueless Frank.
You're absolutely right. GL has been losing viewers in the last many weeks in the nielsens ratings (they're always in minus w/regards to the previous week). Last week for Natalia's return, GL went up 122,000 viewers!! Do u know how huge that is for GL? I don't think they've had bump up like this in their rating in such a long time! (in fact all other soaps were down and like one or two that had like 8 or 9 thousand more). GL was the biggest ratings winner. Why? Nat/Otalia. yet we get 2 mins!
As FRIEND, you could've told her. She a great mom, pray for Rafe and then as a FRIEND, HUG HER. Your personal feelings push them to the side. Even if it was killing you. Olivia also needed a HUG
Thirdly, dear GOD, that Otalia scene was heart-breaking and so painful. My poor Dimples was only looking for comfort and Liv was way too harsh. And I hate that they're still wasting precious time and not given them 'together' scenes (olivia matchmaking, whilst funny, is not essential). There's so much that needs working out and could be done if they actually put them in scenes together and have them work stuff out. It's absurd how they're wasting time!!
