I've been using this product for 6+ months now. I use it only in the shower however and I'm happy with it. I clean my ears with soap in the shower every time and I use the Wush to rinse out the soap at the end. By the time I finished with this product, I did not have any soap buildup and very little wax buildup as evidence for what shows up on my hearing aids. I like it and I think the value of it is daily ear cleaning keeps any wax buildup to a minimum.
I bought this along with a pen camera on amazon. I have to admit that it worked really well for my right ear, cleaned it very well and can hear way better. My left ear however has possibly dead skin, because when I look with the camera, it looks like the irrigation has exposed a "lip" and my hearing in my left ear is not quite as good as my right. Can this be dead skin? If I continue irrigation, will it eventually come out? I do have to admit, it feels incredible to have that feeling that a deep itch is being scratched!
I cannot believe how well this machine worked. The stuff that came out of my ear onto my shower 🤢 Saved me $168 from going to an ear doctor. 10/10 buy this thing!!!
While this appears to be an excellent product and i do not seem to have issues with excessive earwax, i do not think i can get past the way irrigation feels and trusting my ability to remove it by this method.. My earwax tends to be very dry and brittle. No issues with perforation of the eardrum. Past issues with vertigo but not in the last 30 years. Water temperature in my ears have in the past caused a bit of vertigo. I feel the same about irrigation as i do about blood draws. I would be okay with having a spigot attached for blood draws and am okay with physical pain in manual removal of earwax by someone trained to do so. Different strokes for different folks.
My only odd observation is the open USB c port. Everything else i use maintenance wise in the shower is battery powered and sealed: no open power/charge ports. Obviously no one should get this thing soaking wet in the shower and then plug a cord into it but hopefully no type of water damage would come of the port being exposed to hard waters. Appreciate the review, had my eye on this product for a while. I've been told my ears produce wax like a candle factory lol and yeah the little green squeeze balls really suck, this would be a big improvement--- wondering how this sprays without ANY tips on as well
This is nice and all but where's the ear wax vacuum?? Like I know someone can figure out a safe way to remove ear wax but with a small suction vacuum instead of water
I bought a similar product to this and it seems to work well too. Since I've started wearing hearing aids, I find that my ears need cleaning at least once a year where I never had any problems of them becoming clogged before. Is this a common occurrence when people start to wear hearing aids?
Does it make a difference as to what water temperature is used (warm versus cold)? Does it make a difference to add a solution like EOSERA to the reservoir?
So let's just say you got a buildup of earwax. How much time is require or days to get rid of. Especially how do i know I'm getting rid of it without a camera to see. Another thing to add if not trouble is how many drops of debrox like peroxide is recommended before attempting this ear irrigation
I was an ER nurse for many years. You cannot suck out ear wax. The suction would have to be so strong that you would do serious damage to the ear canal tissue and risk sucking in in the ear drum@@lolprinses
@@gbkworf I am a hearing instrument specialist. There are 3 methods of cerumen management.. 1. Curette 2. Irrigation 3. Suction They create special tools specifically for wax removal. It’s very common now for ENTs to use suction, especially for small ear canals or in the case of a perforation (or possible perforation)
Am I wrong in remembering hearing one time that you should only use filtered water when irrigating your ears? Could be remembering wrong but just want to make sure.
I need this good idea to squirt soke ear oil because your ear canals will dry and itch aswel I actually bought a bettdow product ear wax cleaner £70 I can't wait always suffer with wax

Go to an ent have your ears cleaned professionally. You can get a referral from your primary care doctor so insurance should cover it!

Review the voldic electric ear cleaner
Great video review, thanks from Ireland.
Good video I am thinking of getting a ear wax removal system I just need a few days to think about it but this one seems like a good one
That's an interesting gadget. How often should such a tool be used? Once or twice a week? Daily?
Most likely weekly
can you use olive oil instead of the Earwax MD?
Can you use this on kids?
Can you use it without the extra ear tips?

Always use warm water, spraying cold water in the ear canal will cause vertigo
Definitely warm water. No need for an additive solution.
The WUSH instructions says "USE WARM WATER ONLY"
98°F
I have had a slight pain in my ear for a week or so and it feels clogged. What do you recommend doing? Thanks sir!

We need something for ear wax removal for people with holes in their TM's. I have small holes in both!
Suction would be the way to go, unfortunately not able to be done at home

Nope. Wasn't me. Tap water is totally safe.

You may be thinking of nasal lava ge. For that, they recommend using distilled, sterile, or previously boiled water.
How do we dry the ear canal after irrigation?
Which video otoscope do you use?
How far do you stick it into your ear? And do you have to use ear drops? Please respond when you see this! Thanks!
Get a wax softener then use it
@@MrAboutLife thanks
You should try reviewing Wax Vac.

My son had eustachian tubes in his ears at one. He's now 7, would this be safe for him to use?
Depends, does he still have holes in his ear drums from the tubes?
@@DrCliffAuD i don't know
