Well Art, all I can say to that is... Thank you and That's life man....If you are fortunate enough to get to find some enjoyment in a few physical things that life has to offer.... before we're pushing up them proverbial daisy's.....go for it. When I (unknowingly) started this... now fairly large collection, many years ago, At that time I needed "something" to get me out of a bad place emotionally and give me a distraction to help... put me in a better place... and with that I bought my first car.... the Back to the Future DeLorean... because that movie always brought me back to a happier time. In any case, when my time is up on this earth, whenever that maybe my collection, will be donated to the local children's hospital as per my will, so hopefully it will do some good after I'm gone.... until then I will enjoy it, while I'm still here.
@@sdgunning That's a great idea. I have a fairly large collection of 1:24 from Danbury and Franklin Mints. 1:18 from Exoto. No one I know has any interest in our hobby. I'll have to arrange that myself. Children's Hospital of Philadelphia may be a fine place for them. Nice collection and display. Thanks for sharing.
Hello, Thank you! Although not a licensed release for this movie the Shelby GT350H was featured in War of the Worlds (2005) as the vehicle that Tom Cruise drives. The car in the movie is a real GT350H, that is now signed by Carroll Shelby, Steven Spielberg, and Tom Cruise.
Your "General Lee" and "Smokey&Bandit-Car" do have these nice antennas... did you build them on your own? Where did you get these from - because my do not have these antennas. Super cool collection by the way!!! If you need some ideas, for other moviecars to collect, I would have some suggestions for you :)

Thanks appreciate the compliment..The General Lee is by Autoworld and the Trans-am is the original ERTL both the models came with these antenna's.
