Honestly this has made my motivation to clean the house a lot better. Everyday I wake up and go down stairs to clean. I love a clean house! And just seeing nothing messy is like a dream come true! Especially when I have to dogs that both shed like crazy!

I personally keep mine in the fridge because I like it cold, but commercially produced mayo does not have to be refrigerated. It's acidic enough that it hinders bacteria growth. Keeping it refrigerated will extend its shelf life and keep it fresh longer, but if you go through mayo frequently, it's perfectly fine to keep out of the fridge.
