To control the image you want to add a link to, what I did was take a screenshot first, upload that image to the canvas, and then add the link to my selected image. This way I don’t have to just accept whatever image it pulls in there! ☺️
Great help! My school has a K-2 paid account. Am I supposed to have the "pointing arrow"? I see you have one that comes and goes on the drawing canvas next to the eraser.
After you have used these new tools to create a cool lesson, how do you push it out to the students? Do you just post it or can you turn it into an assigned activity?
Another great way to quickly get the image/link onto your page is to add the Seesaw Google Extension to your device (top right corner) and you can snip an image/page and it will go right to the Seesaw page you are working on. Then it is linked! Or if you are just trying to snip something and you don't want the kiddos to link to it, just wanted the image, hit the 3 dots and turn the linking off.
I noticed when you added the second video using “draw and record” the first video was also embedded within the second. Or, at least the image was. (In addition to being behind the video. L) Any idea why the two videos wouldn’t be mutually exclusive? Thanks!!
How do you link between pages? I assume you meant that I could put a link on page 3 to skip to page 5? I do this on google slides to create choose your own adventure type stories. That would be great if I can do that in Seesaw

The arrow shows up automatically when you press the record button.

Then you CAN control the image presented to the kiddos.

Yes, when you start the second screen recording, the first was on the background so it is added to second video. Confusing I know!

I can confirm that the "link pages" feature is only with the paid version.
