2017 Duryea Hillclimb Turbo E36 M3 148 MPH at finish 113.2

Turbo E36 M3 2017 reaches 148 MPH at the finish line....on a public road....in Reading, PA....Hillclimbing:) Time was 113.2 which was 5th overall for the weekend and second fastest top speed. Run was actually unenventful and there was plenty of room for improvement in braking zones and exiting corners. This is a 1998 M3 coupe with a stock bottom end 3.2L, Steedspeed twinscroll manifold, BW 8374 EFR turbo with internal and external wastegastes. Car was caged to SCCA IT specs but was still street legal. The cage was tested at the next event ruining the chassis but the drivetrain will live-on in another e36!
