Maybe your knees were locked out for too long. You should definitely try to skate again but make sure you keep a soft bend the whole time and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

You can also do and axel from a y-scale but it’s really hard so be warned

I can only identify Axels
Definitely learn the difference between edge jumps and toe jumps! That will help a ton.
