2 well coached teams. 23 on the Guest team has handles for days and is ao fundamentally sound as a player, and 23 on home team is a fantastic post player. 22 on the home team is a beast, that dunk was incredible!

#25 in black for Cardinal Newman is another top prospect for the 2023 class, Mary Ashley Groot. She led the Cardinal with 23 pts and was their MVP for the game, as was shown at the end of this video. Watkins scored 15 pts in this game - she also had a ton of rebounds and blocked shots, but I couldn't find any of those stats anywhere. This game was a case of a team with great depth of contributors in the Cardinal Newman, versus a team with just a few star players to rely on, in Keenan. Media-reported stats showed Fulwiley had 33 and not 35 pts - either way, she and teammate Ashari Lewis who scored 19 accounted for either 52 or 54 of Keenan's total 63 points....
It was some really good players in this game beyond the two big names. #25, #30, and #4 from CN were really good. Keenan has some talent too! Great game! Shoutout to those RV Blazers in the stands!
This just came up on my feed. Glad MF and AW are at SC together. They are being developed by the best coach in ALL of basketball (men or women). I’m a huge fan of both on that SC team. I’m glad AW is back from that legal issue. She just needs to keep her head down and focus. The #Sky is the limit for both in the W and overseas play.
If they lower the rim to 9ft for women it would be live! The ball is already smaller... and they have a shorter game (time wise)... I’m sure if they lower the rim it’ll bring in way more fans
