The Four Seasons in Milan has one of the best chefs in Italy. Here, he takes me on a tour of a few of the early morning markets in town, featuring some of the best fresh fish in Milan and also another with some of the best vegetables. Then we go back to the Four Seasons for a pasta making and cooking class. A great day for an Italian food fan like me.
