I was always mediocre at this game, never made ultra due to skill issue and gaia dwellers, nearly made oni until some no life killed me while I was trinket farming. But by far the funniest moments I have had was when I was still an ashiin and knocked a snap gate hybrid mage. He called in his one friend to save him from a ashiin freshie with a sword. It amazes me how every time a mage fights a freshie they will die or nearly die and have to run to their house boy friends to survive a 1v1 with a freshie, literally auto aim stun moves and still can’t land a single sword move
I'm a Gaian Necro, and damn, not needing food, having more health, having slash resist, having more climb boost, and having unlimited heat in tundra is the BOMB
Lich would just be the "mod that has a 10/90 chance of either being chill or completely abusing their specs on you and then refusing to restore you afterward"

Honestly, I have Fischeran when I first bought the game, and then I didn't know how to do anything even with tutorials and help from friends. So I usually just walk around and die every 1-2 minutes.
Most of the common races are actually good and have their uses for example scroom can be used for tomeless and grips, rigan can dash faster than my dad and on mana reliant classes like mage or lightning mage, kasparan is overall a good race, castellan being able to have two snaps without having to soul snap is great, haseldan on oni is good because oni damage is pretty dumb and s won’t let you get knocked, madrasian can interrogate someone as a trinket and suicide in tomeless fire, etc.
if you want to know why Gaian, atleast in gaia, is so good, go mage and go into tundra past like 10 days. If you have ignis backfire and you can outheal the fire and get infinite heat. You heal to full so quick it doesn't even matter. Gaian is so underrated its criminal. Not to mention you have one of the best armors in the game and its usable on any class, combine that with no chip damage and metal arm to see why Shinobi or in fact most classes are better when played as a gaian. I am never rerolling my gaian, its just that good in Gaia.
Uber dsage: the “superior faceless” Uber faceless: the “inferior dsage” -reasoning: cause dsage has BANE PUNCHES when u fully charge mana that hit like a semi truck but faceless has bane Mb1s when u use bane (obviously) but hit like a toddler to a grown kick boxer 😐
That ashiin 1 made me remember the time I did a 100 hit combo on some poor d sage with agility and a bronze dagger when you could just put on an autoclicker and kill ultras by just landing 1 m1
Unpopular opinion: Rigan is busted in Gaia when paired with the right class/subclass. Even if it sucks with something like Kasp it gets infinitely better when you can chase consistently
Haseldan, in certain builds or as a freshie with a bronze sword, is CRACKED. I gripped tomeless max seer Oni as a haseldan freshie because of the Last Stand and defensive play. Guy was so salty about it that he created a new language with his gibberish ngl. Also Haseldan Evamp Abysswalker with Grim Rogue and Night Stone of course is insane. If anyone is still reading comments on this old video then you should definitely try this build. If you're not trash and you don't get ganked by 5 blyadyami you're, practically, unkillable being.
Fun fact, when going red mode as a haseldan you get an insane defense That means you can either outregen hits, tank long enough to finish someone Or both.

Haseldan is pretty good because you can really easily clutch if you’re good at the game . For instance I was an assassin and I was fighting a dsage and I got low and then one comboed him.
I sacrificed Morvid for Azael. I do not regret a thing, progressing in this game is now a cakewalk, the only thing I miss is the feather fall but gate makes up for it by a landslide. To everyone assuring me I shouldn't get Azael on my Morvid, you are wrong, Azael is the best race to ever grace this game, it is THE pinnacle of all races for fellow lazy people.

I just got this game and ended up with navaran; but every time I walk out of my spawn area I get jumped by 3 high tier players... I asked why multiple times and when I finally get an answer: "We want less Dslayers." So now I see I am cursed to suffer for the rest of my days
I could have re rolled my rigan but i actually find it fun it was the only account i never really played dead serious on id do alot of just solo progressing for fun because its so easy to catch and run from people but also a good build if you want to be serious with a rigan is spy as your literally a mage with double jump and a couple other mana shieldable skills lol.
I got a bit sad when it got to construct because its true and i wish i never had cons really i'd really just reroll my race or legit use a wka just for a free race reroll.
so haseldan just doesnt get double damage haseldan also gives double defense and this activates at 20% health and since your defense is doubled ur basically 40% health with extra damage plus a free res
