The worst is that she won't be able to walk in flats shoes ever again after her achilles tendons are shortened and plantar tendons are weakened after standing in these for long. It will be a torture to let her keep her heels on the ground again. She will have to suffer one way or the other for lifelong, but it's all worth it for better sex. As a guy, I respect women who endure pains willingly for art.
best of all is the toe cleavage, as for the heel height too tall, both to wear and to walk in, i much prefer a 2 to 3 inch heel as mentioned to wear or see, gives the woman a much better look and we can walk in them all day. great video
