Hi! You can use without problem for commercial releases, even you can resample the patches. It is not allowed resale the product. Enjoy!

Keep getting error "There was an error open the preset. Preset was created with a newer version.".... I tried reinstalling vital with newest version and ensuring to delete all previous files, I'm on 1.07 version. Any solutions?
Dear Dylan, unfortunately I think that the one way is to update to the new version.
I get the same message and I downloaded Vital for the first time this weekend. Maybe its 'cause I went with the basic (as in free) version?
