Would do if you would fix the quality
we are watching insane volleyball rn with the swedes doing bump quick sets and mol’s blocking. This is the golden era of beach volley. Wow. Shame on beach volleyball world for forcing ppl to pay money each month for a very niche sport.
At that price while being able to stream on two devices at the same time, I think it's more than fair. If you pay for a year, it's like 4.25 per month. No one is getting rich with that, especially not with the amount of people paying for it. My hope is, that they will continue to provide this mostly high quality streams with sometimes good and often enthusiastic commentators. If they don't, don't bet on still having those highlight videos - even if they're bad quality.
@@TheJackOfAllTrades777 Some are, I do agree . However, some are quite good as well and I try to enjoy it when they are and try to ignore the ones I don't like. Doesn't always work though ;-).

The speed, low settings and the 2nd hit available permanently are the new beach volleyball options. All other technics are "has been" at least you're the tallest in the world and still keep your "has been" technics still for a while. :)

Can anyone explain me what problem swe had at 2:30? Amazing game though.
I think the swedes thought there was a touch at the block, thus there would have been only two touches allowed after the net action. That's why Hellvig (the swe bocker) retreated from the net, because they were expecting a free ball. So they were complaining that the Grimalts had four touches. Don't know whether they were right though.
@@TheJackOfAllTrades777 I know that. Doesn't mean they were wrong tough ;-). But seeing the reactions of the Grimalts, I'm quite sure he didn't have a touch on the block.

that is a very poor publicity for a nice sport
Even the live broadcasting they charge you for has poor video quality. Even local sporting events have better.
@@jodasaatte80 The video quality of the live broadcasting and the replays definitely are much better quality than this here (also checked for exactly this game here). It isn't perfect, but it is enough to catch every detail of the game. To anyone that is interested: I think there is a free trial, find out for yourself.
7:15 Can someone explain to me why this isn't a mistake? If you take a Ball like that the Ball has to be hit hard no?
There is no rule preventing you from setting the ball on first contact, however, you have to make it clean (no doubles, just like you would on second contact). Because beach volleyball rules are so strict regarding setting, even skilled players can only do it in a free ball, like in the video.
The rule you mention allows you to dig a hard driven ball with an overhand pass regardless of setting rules, meaning you have some room for doubles and such without being called. Hard driven ball doesn't mean a ball hit hard, but rather that you didn't have the time to dig it any other way (for example, a serve is a ball hit hard but you do have time to set up underarm pass or tomahawk, so you are not allowed to receive it overhand).
