    When I was his age, I was accused of something I did not do. I was taken to the principal's office, and she did what Judge Judy did, eventually wearing me down to the point where I almost confessed to the accusation. I even half believed it, and doubted my own memories. Later that afternoon an adult witness came forward and said I wasn't the person involved, exonerating me. From that day forward, I've never trusted confessions made under interrogation.

    • @TerryInUSA
      @TerryInUSA หลายเดือนก่อน +86

      This happened to me at age 14 when I was accused of copying someone else's written work. You get so pressured that you start to believe that somehow you did copy or if you didn't, you are still guilty of simply being untrustworthy even when innocent. With this kid, I'm sure he said "5" so that he could sit down and stop the hopeless interrogation.

      Exactly. When i was in middle school i stole money from my grandmas wallet, because she left it out every night and wouldnt give me money to buy stuff at school. So i used her money to buy stuff anyway. Well a girl in my grade was missing $20 on the same day i bought the $20 thing, so the school accused me of stealing her money. They kept yelling at me over and over and even said they were going to get police involved if i didnt confess and that it would be on my record, that id be suspended, etc. Eventually they made my grandparents make me pay her back double what she lost when i didnt even take her money, then my grandma made me pay her back quadruple the amount for costing her $60. So $20 turned into $80.

I don't have words right now to express everything I personally have gone through regarding my sister, and everything I saw growing up about it. I'm hoping the best for her, and sometimes it's just comforting to hear from others who "get it" (as she used to say) I don't know. Addiction doesn't just hurt the addict but also the family. How long has your sister been clean, pal 🤔. What I wrote earlier worked for me. Obv won't work for everyone. Maybe he meant one day. Not one occasion. Based on my professional opinion as someone who works with children, as she asked the question multiple times, she sent him the message that he had to give a different answer. I would not believe anything the boy said because he was too young to be pressured by a judge such as her. She’s a bully. She was nicer to him than to most people but the pressure and multiple attempts at the same question was inappropriate for a child his age.

    The mother should be held in contempt of court for interupting the judge. While the judge was talking to her son; coaching, like she was doing, should have automatically bought her a free one way ticket for a 30 day vacation..If combative, keep adding more "vacatio" days for "Mom" to decompress and realize the wrongs of her ways..Also, those boys may need a break and some therapy as well..Hope everyone gets all the help they so need and deserve 😉 🎉

      The judge is always right?? This is where everyone is doing the devils work for him. Why is a human 33 rd degree satanic mason always right?? The only one who is always right is God. You think you are doing God a service or that you are a good person in supporting a judge but you are really just helping the devil.

      She is not God, nor is she psychic, she is however rude, egotistical and abusive of her authority.

    The big brother tried to direct the little brother...
    They both still so pure...
    Easy to get manipulated by adults...

    Kids will change the truth to a lie to appease adults, especially after they realize the truth is not the answer the adult wants. It doesn’t necessarily mean the child is lying. And the other kid telling him to say 1 doesn’t either. Kids do that. They try to help out and give the answer to little siblings all the time. Way too many people are reading _way_ too into this clip, not applying basic understanding and knowledge of children and human behavior. We don’t know if he was lying or not, that’s the answer. There’s not enough info here to know what the correct answer is. Stop jumping to baseless conclusions after watching 30 seconds of an interaction 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

    Asked and answered.... Kids are smart enough to know Who has the most power in the room and saying what they want to hear will be the correct answer... There was no need to Slam the Mother in front of her Son...

      you mean after the mother slammed her son in front of the judge?

      Yes, there was. The mother is despicable for teaching her kids to lie. Both of the boys were lying.

    Good for the little boy to hear what she was saying and take it in.
