It takes a lot of money to have stages, and CL doesn’t even have an official company yet to be promoting on all sorts of music shows yet. So she probably won’t be on many of the typical music shows unless she is invited.

umm you know that music show edit thier voice? even this show does it no matter how good cl voice is they will correct some things of her voice expetialy when she sings. the Luck she has is that must of the song is rap and that she almost doesn't sing the singing part. i also like cl and this is not a shade to her it's just that you should know that she is a rapper and it's different for her

I think it’s because 2ne1 was trained to be the force that broke the ”over trained/immaculate” picture of girl groups. Same reason their looks were punky and edgy. Sometimes even ”ugly” according to the typical standards of that time. She has that edge and punky beauty.

Most of the idols today have scripted Adlibs which is so cringeyyy. This is what differs 2ne1 members and Bigbang to the newest gen because they are all natural. they are not stiff and have a different strong stage presence. They communicate, they perform and not just simply sings and dance to what was given/taught to them.
there are certain third and fourth gen idols who’ve kept me from dying completely, but my heart will always speed up for second gen idols. they just hit so different
