I noticed the drummer too; I mean they're a great band and Massa's drumming is just spot on, very present but not interfering. Jesse Sadoc on Flugel / Trumpet and his Sax partner are great too...just a brilliant track...
3:18 no hate Stacey is a fantastic vocalist but seems to have real trouble on the chorus with this song, maybe its the language difference. you can see the band hits slightly early both times to make sure she doesn't sound completely off rhythm, she starts on the down beat of 4 you can see Marcos and the guitarist have a microsecond panic attack adjusting and the drummer rushes the last beat to compensate and then stacey kind of finds her way back into the rhythm XD again wonderful performances all around but as a rhythm section player myself its funny to see the band near flawlessly compensate for poor timings on the part of a lead role and just role with it hahahaha
