You know I can understand why Nolan is pissed, because Yotha did in fact a lot of things he definitely shouldn't have did. At the same time Yotha doesn't know what love is, after all the stuff with his parents and when he thought he had love with Wa it was in fact not love, it only hurt him more, he was also a literally kid when all this happend (Wa you are a piece of sh*t for doing that). He knows he love Gun but he is a coward right now because he doesn't want to get hurt again but doing this he is hurting himself and Gun too. I hope people try to understand that Yotha is a boy (not a man because he is still 19 if I am correct) who suffered a lot and don't know how to do the right thing. However I hope he will reedem himself and try to repair after his mistakes and be happyand make Gun happy too (this ball of sunshine has suffered enough). Thank you for your reaction!
All ive been saying is... "While Yotha figures out his stuff, he should not hurt someone along the way" and yes Gun agreed to wait because at the time he thought he could, but then he couldn't and Yotha is grown enough to see its hurting Gun.
@@TitosOfTheWorld yeah I know, unfortunately Yotha is in a situation were he is still growing mentally and Gun is suffering trying to help him. I think sometimes when you love someone who has trauma there will some times where you will suffer in order to be happy with the persone. Yotha definitely will need to treat Gun well after all this which I think will happend because in the earlier episodes they were really lovely and cute. We'll see how all will progress
I definitely agree on this point and the kiss correct me if I’m wrong but for me this is the way he shows he’s feeling to Gun even though we really don’t know what trauma he had been through before and he still young…

As much as I love Aou and Boom, their moment would have been appreciated and enjoyed more at the end of the series after EVERYONE 's issues were resolved. 😋

I just wish that Gun was strong enough to protect his heart. If he had left Yotha alone to figure things out, he would have figured it out sooner. How can Yotha figure his feelings out when he can have all of Gun without the commitment? He is too comfortable with the current situation to make any changes.
i watched it last night....and chuckled to myself cause I knew this was not going to go over well with any of you......i saw the violence from kent, Dee, jericho and nolan and just sat with my tea cause I am tired.......it's the way perth had me folded when he said he liked the sea but he meant gun I was like I'm supposed to be mad at you whyyyyy……when yotha went for the door and it was locked my heart broke even though I knew already I’m too soft for PERTH 😭😭🥰🥰

Sorry, but I want to say something..... I understand a lot of people or frustrated with the "Why did you kiss Wa?" But Gun didn't ask him why he did it. He just said, "I saw you kissing Wa." (In my opinion ) Yotha kissing Wa wasn't the best move and his reason for doing so wasn't 100%, but Gun and Yotha weren't in and are not in a relationship yet. I understand kissing two different guys in one day isn't good, but he doesn't have to apologize if he's not dating anyone. He can explain how his relationship was with Wa (which he did), but kissing him two days ago doesn't really need an explanation.
(This is all my opinion on the matter. I know everybody has different options, and that is fine. I just wanted to say mine.)

"I saw you kissing Wa" in this example was a question stated as a fact. He wanted to know why it happened, and just before he said it, he also stated that he had a question that he is hoping for an answer to.
@TitosOfTheWorld i kinda feel like, in a way, Yotha was kinda answering the question. His explanation on Wa made Gun think and probably think he kissed him for a less d××k of a way. Maybe Gun thought the kiss was some sort of closer.
agreed. as much as Wa is a red flag, he was once there as Yotha's safety blanket and you cannot just break up this kind of bonding that easy. And Yotha does make it clear to Gun that there is nothing further between them so everyone should just move on lol. The real issue with Yotha right now is to admit his feelings for Gun, him making Gun wait is far more infuriating to me than that kiss in my opinion.

These last two episodes have made me miss the possessiveness of Arc during his and Arm's storyline. I hated it then but at least he knew what he wanted and was willing to fight for it. Come on Yotha! Get it together!
as someone with a lot of trauma and repression (A LOT). i get what people are saying but he has no excuse, or ...i should re-phrase, his excuses aren't good enough. just because of what you went through, just because ur 'young', just because ur figuring things out, doesn't make it okay to hurt other people or string them along. one thing people are saying is like, to understand yotha...and believe me i do, but here's the main thing.
1. nothing is wrong (technically) about yotha trying to figure things out, but HOW he's going about it is completely ridiculous, gun is not there to be ur 'experiment' or 'fall back' doormat,. u were the one who were priding urself on being a 'direct' person in the earlier episodes, where'd that go? //
2. it's okay that he doesn't know what to do, but I think when you can literally see ur affecting not only someone's mood (which is temporary) but mental state (which has a longer affect and impact, and can lead to future insecurities in a relationship and people in general) you should have the common sense to be like, 'oh shit, at least let me not hurt him while i take this time. let me let him go, and go focus on myself/sort out my issues without pushing a burden on him' but no, he's like 'please don't go to anyone else. wait for me.' .....if u dont gtfo. //
3. ur choices are causing even urself further trauma, ur wasting everybody's time includng ur own. u need to do better, and it's not like no one has been telling him this or speaking to him, THEY HAVE. if he needs more advice from the direct experience he's affected from, he's literally free at any time to talk to his father, or yk what...even expressing ur FEARS and story to gun would be more productive, so his excuses aren't good enough. like bitch, we got 2 eps left - do u know u have 30 minutes? wrap it up like i get it, i feel u, but it gets to a point. I would know.

A lot happened in this episode, and a lot didn’t.
Yotha’s character is a whole problem to say the least, but we must also acknowledge that Gun allowed the behavior as Jericho noted.
As the characters are written, it makes it appear that Yotha is much older and more experienced. Thus, we hold him to a higher standard although they’re the same age. Even within the reaction, Nolan states “This man is hurting this boy.” I think that they’re both kids figuring it out except one has been raised from a place of love and the other from hurt. Work needs to be done on both sides.
I don’t disagree with Nolan, but I’m definitely not as stressed as you. The reaction is evident that the writers did their job and Perth is delivering on the character- toxic as he may be.
I’m still really enjoying the arc because it’s not a perfect story. See y’all next week. ✌🏾

I think the hard thing is that Gun is still only fresh out high school. I feel like because we are older it’s easier to see what’s happening because we have the experience. But Gun does not. He probably has been around people that had better self awareness or he hasn’t met with anyone that’s as selfish as Yotha.

Gun just said that he saw yotha kissing wa. He never asked why .... sooo... don't get too worked up it kinda ruins the reaction. Low key. Plus, I'm sure Yotha in answering the way he did in detail of his relationship with Warich. Actually answered more questions because gun didn't know the history of Wa and Yotha. All he knew was that he was a part owner of the bar and Newton's friend up until that point.
Sometimes a statement is a question. If Yotha did not receive it as such he would not have explained all that and not the kiss. What he told gun is actually worse for the situation because he know makes it seems as if he will run to Wa whenever there is trouble. He should have addressed the kiss for what it was… self confirmation of feelings changed. That’s all he could’ve have said to address the unspoken question.

Honestly gun better than me cause yes I would give yotha time to see what he really wants but idk about everyone else but a month kinda pushing it it shouldn’t take you that long to see if you really care for someone like sir you legit lost your cool because he left your life and came up with a whole plan to get him back talking to you and you still don’t know if you want or love him….. I wouldn’t have taken the bracelet until he was 100% and gave me his answer and during the time he’s figuring out his feeling I wouldn’t have let him been all kissing and hugging me whenever he wants and coming in my room every night cuddling me just for him to still not know and have the answer that’s setting yourself up for hurt honey. I get yotha is scared and don’t know what actual love feels like (cause his only example of a relationship was wa and his parents and both of those aren’t good examples) but he should have caught on by now that he obviously feels something serious for him it’s literally to the point that he doesn’t even function properly if he isn’t okay with gun. And I wish we would get more into guns trauma and back story we only have like 2 more episodes of their story I think that’s not much time really unless they rush his story line I really wanna know more about guns problems and background

These damn writers again. What a way to ruin a show and a wonderful Cast. Truly disappointed with whoever wrote this goddamn script .
You can hate it all you want, but the fact that it got so many people worked up and generate heated conversations among us just proofed how good the script writing is.
A script is supposed to engage the audience, with all kinds of emotions, both good and bad. They managed to jam packed the whole plot in 8 episodes (plus numerous side stories) and make it the talk of the town, this in my opinion, is a successful script.
I was so pissed with Yotha. I couldn’t enjoy the cute scenes. At this point I am just here for FaifaWine
When are you going to react to us the series
I don’t mean to be insensitive but this “I don’t know how to love” trope has been used too much and done so wrongly. What irks me even more about it is how poorly it’s done. People can be assholes without some trauma being used as a cushion…Yotha does know how to love because he loves his brothers. He’s scared of rejection because he has been rejected by people who he held at high regard but there’s also people in his life that are just as important who embrace him so let’s please not act like this man has been locked in a room with no ounce of love. I was just as pissed as Nolan. Honestly screw Yotha and his braveness.

I was like Nolan while watching this episode… they both pissed me off, but Yotha pissed me the most.
He drained that boy’s energy sooo much that he was walking like a zombie.
I understand that he doesnt know what he wants or what love is, but you cant go around hurting people in the name of “figuring myself out”. Telling someone that he is your safezone but still going out to see your ex, telling Gun to wait for him and then 24hrs later telling him “ if someone makes you love them more than me, you are free to go” Giiiiirl, I was ready to slap him on his behalf. I have never GrrrRrrr AarrrGgggg so much while watching something like I have during this episode. This whole episode was soooo toxic with our toxic couple as a cherry on top of the cupcake 😬😬

Sorry to see that you had to watch the other couple, I enjoyed skipping them. To me Wa is pure ugly character with both his partners, very manipulative with their feelings and he knows it, so I skip him altogether even though I like the actors. They should have shortened their scene and made the more of Yothas suffering when Gun locked him out, won’t kiss him but will be polite when talking. Killing him with kindness would have worked wonders for me. He really needed to grovel more than what he did with his tie. Make him cry and get frustrated. Maybe even have a yelling fight with his brother which in turn makes his brother punch him. Gun upsets me to for giving in way too early. As for the answering the question about the kiss, Gun didn’t really ask way and he doesn’t believe he should really know if he did ask that question because to him they are not together and he doesn’t have the right to ask. So saying that he saw them kissing was as far enough for him. For Yothas answer, he gave the the history of their relationship because to him he answered Guns questions and didn’t think anything wrong in kissing Wa since he too is not together with Gun and trying to figure out his feelings.
