Games of Ken are always fun to play. Whether it's a competitive game with your best dama friend or a game of pure fun trying to learn each others tricks, the outcome will only be one winner. Tj Kolesnik and Dylan Westmoreland got together one Saturday afternoon to jam Kendama all day. They decided to play a full 'game of K-E-N-D-A-M-A.'
This is a great game to play with 2 people or even a group of 4 to 5 players. Just like P-I-G in basketball, playing K-E-N has the same rules. 1 chance to lace a trick. 2 chances to match the opponents trick. 3rd try or Prove it on the last and final letter.

I guess the rules are different in Hong Kong and in USA. We play slightly differently.
What are your rules? Would love to hear them!
- We don't decide who go first by paper scissors stone. We decide by who can do more earth turn. The first earth turn must start by string in.
- the one who follows the trick have only one chance to do it. After his/her attempt, no matter the trick is achieved or not, the next trick is given by him/her, ie the tricks are given alternatively between the two competitors.
- however, if the one who follows fails at the first attempt, he/she can have a second attempt by giving up the opportunity to give a trick in the net round. No matter the trick(being followed) is achieved or not, the next trick is given by his/her opponent.
- three attempt for last letter.

In the vid Dylan uses a Kaizen ken with a white red striped tama (which looks sick btw) but the link in the description goes to a tribute kendama? Did Dylan take the tama from a tribute and put that on his Kaizen? Just wondering because I really like his setup!
