interesting, I was also looking into one of these steel building. Some companies are giving great discount on them here in Canada. Still, I believe it is cheaper and better looking to make one made of conventional wood. Take it easy with the diet. Cheers!
So if that is Florida I would definitely use a mini split system for Heating and cooling since it can pull the moisture out of the air and which type of building are you doing ?
@Mustang Rebuilder I building an 18x36 building with plumbing and AC for a playhouse and hangout building it'll be around 648 Sq ft. How much is a mini split AC to install

I was informed this month that the company eagle carports now offers proper sealing of framework to concrete if requested ... just a little FYI
Make sure it's a non corrosive caulk. I'm thinking of add a z shape flashing under the steel and over the edge of the concrete.
