The ridiculous part about BTS is how B Sides like this can be better than title tracks and live they are better than a recording everytime. If you like this style another fun Bside is Ma City a song where they each shout out why they love their hometowns. It’s also got some references to a political uprising in Korea making it one of their many social commentary songs. They performed it live in front of their countries big political leaders snd military leaders in Oct as a subtle dig.
Outro:Tear live is a must. I like the one at Wembley the most. Lyrics are so good and it makes me cry every time but I love it. Maybe a vocal line one like House of Cards for something different but stunning. There is a live with Eng subs.
Zekk: How is this possible?! 😂 How do y'all deal with this every song? ARMYs: This is why we're here bro! *He gets it!* 💜🥰💜 I personally believe one of the reasons they have so many fans is because they are so genuine and relatable. They talk about just human things: the struggle, ambition, greed, pain, disappointment, pride, anger, fear, sorrow, the daily grind, ect. And they work their asses off, and they pay their respects. You'll want to check out some of their MVs at some point (strap in for some movie level quality) but there is no rush. Just enjoy the ride. I've seen Outro: Tear in the comments a bunch. It is one of my fav's both for the energy during performance and the meaning behind the song. Produced by SUGA, it can be interpreted as a break-up song....and it kind of is. Each of the rappers talks about their feelings when the group considering throwing in the towel back in 2018. The group was really struggling with the grind, isolation, and other hardships that come along with the fame. I'll recommend that you also check out some more of their older and more light hearted stuff too: 2nd Grade, Look Here, Rise of Bangtan (aka Attack on Bangtan), Jump, and Paldogangsan (which will need a lot of explanation to really understand what it's about, but it's a jam either way). AND YOU HAVE TO WATCH THEM DANCE. SOON. 🤯
It was so nice to see how these lyrics and them on stage, showing respect to all legends in hip hop that they looked up to and inspired them. It hit home for you, as you continue to listen to their music, it is all meaningful lyrics. It hits you in the heart, BTS is really good at doing that. That’s why people love them so much, not only that, but the fact that they put so much time and effort into their music and it shines through. They are the first group/individual’s, in a long time that puts out actual music, not this “music” that’s out now. There is nothing they talk about but sex, money, party, showing what they have, and drugs. Hip hop was beautiful, it was poems, world play, language, and heart, it has been destroyed by these so called “rappers” out now. Same can be said for any other genre of music. Music has meaning, it hits you in the heart, it’s a universal language that most people understand.💜
💜I became ARMY through the rapline, careful you ll end up like me with 300 new fave songs. 😉 I love this song, paying respect to their muses. BTS has hip-hop , funk, r n b roots. They do a lot of genres, though, like pop, edm, anthems. Always good music, great lyrics. I think Dope or Attack On Bangtan are fun to check out. Before checking the Taylor guide, if you want to, i d recommend checking RM Joke, Agust D Daechwita & Agus D, J Hope Daydream. And Outro Tear by the rapline because the guide gives snippets of these. The vocal line is fire too. Fire is another great song to start.
Finally they are getting the respect they deserve .❤ I'm so happy for them. They will always be haters but I can feel the tsunami wave of love and respect taking over. It won't go anywhere it will stay
The coin is law - 😆- love that One of the things that I think BTS also showed is that rap in not just for men to enjoy - that music is just that music - does not matter your gender, age, race, or language - yes, some lyrics might need to change due to cultural difference (I live on an island, so I get waves but I do not get snow) but emotions and expression is at the heart - that expression might come in the form of rap lyrics - beat - ballad - dance - they find the best sound, visual, and movement that express the emotion and thoughts they are trying to communicate - sometimes will formal and sometime not - that is the beauty of the group - they create based on what they desire to communicate, not on a pattern
As an Army, we love your genuine reactions! We can sense the reactors who are just in it for the views/subs, as you said. There's so much BTS content, so take your time, we'll be watching!💜💜💜💜💜
Thank you for reacting more to BTS music, and for paying attention to the lyrics and emotions they tried to convey. I feel like you would really enjoy some of BTS-rap-line solo mixtapes or albums - especially if you check them in chronological order because the grow you can see in their music, world view, the maturity makes us all emotional. Will be looking forward to more reactions from you.
I never heard this track before, so thank you for that. RM and Sugar were both part of the undergound hiphop scene before they were recruited to BTS in 2010/2011. Then they spent some time in training to learn dancing etc, and while the other members were found, finslly debuting as BTS in 2013. J hope was recruited as a hiphop/street dancer and learned to rap at that time.
Loved your reaction 💜 I had a similar experience in that I first stumbled upon their more hip hop influenced songs before the rest. BTS unexpectedly hit me in my feels again and again. Now I love all of the styles they do and just know I’ll probably cry. 😂
I enjoyed your reaction a lot. It makes me so proud that bts get the appreciation they deserve. I hope you‘ll find a lot more of their music an videos to your liking 😊
LOVED this reaction. 💜 It hits cause the love is authentic and the music is just that damn good. I’m so glad you’re sitting at the top of this huge ice burg we call BTS. They took crap from day one for loving hip hop, and for evolving as artists, and they still taking crap (I’m looking at you Joe Fkn Budden who trashed on Jcole and JHope even a few days ago!). But the truth is, everyone who trash talks them is just scared or ignorant. I love how you came to them organically. We have a saying in the fandom (ARMY) - you don’t find BTS, BTS finds you when you needed them most. Can’t wait to stay along for the ride for your journey however you choose to take it. Love you and our one love - music 💜
A lot of their music is influenced by Hip Hop & they constantly name legends/credit them! BTS is one of the few groups who genuinely give credit to their artistic influences 👏🏼
How do we deal with this.. every song... Now you know why ARMY are the fans that we are. We have been fed a steady diet of amazing lyrics and beats and freaking awesome performances from seven of the most talented individuals. That's why we love them like we do. Why we fight hard for their recognition because as Suga said, 'You'll like BTS music if you listen without prejudice'.
I too listened to BTS just from one member's colaboration with another artists and then digging into them deeper. Now I become a big ARMY who sincerely love their sincerity and talents.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Love your reaction, looking forward for more.
BTS are hip hop, that's their core. When they signed with their agency, they were supposed to be a hip hop group, and RM and SUGA came from underground. K-Pop has rap, but BTS were bringing Western Hip Hop to K-Pop, and they got a lot of backlash. In 2013 when they debuted, they were pretty much a straight up Hip Hop/R&B hip hop IDOL group. (The IDOL system is K-Pop, it's not a genre). There are many genre's within K-Pop, but BTS wanted to get their messages out to their generation, they were ages 15 to 20 in 2013 when they debuted. They wrote and produced their own music from the beginning with their production team. I noticed that you haven't reacted to BTS in a while, you really should check out the members' solo projects, all of them are amazing. RM, SUGA, and J-Hope are the rap line, and you really should check out their solo albums that they released since 2022. The vocal line also has albums that are amazing and very successful globally. But I know you love rap, so I'm recommending those. RM - INDIGO - Dec. 2, 2022, and RIGHT PLACE, WRONG PERSON - May 24, 2024 (Genres: R&B/Soul, Pop, UK R&B, Jazz, Hip-Hop/Rap) SUGA aka Agust D - D-Day - April 21, 2023 (Genres: Hip hop; trap; drill; alternative rock) - SUGA went on a sold out world tour after completing his album, it was amazing, I attended the Oakland concert. J-HOPE - JACK IN THE BOX - July 15, 2022 (Genre: Old-school hip hop), he released a second version of Jack In The Box (JITB: Hope Ed. - August 18, 2023) with new tracks from his Lollapalooza headlining performance on April 31, 2022. He met J-Cole at this event. HOPE ON THE STREET Volume 1 - March 29, 2024 (Hip Hop/Rap, retro pop, dance music) This EP is a an OST (original sound track for J-Hope's documentary about his hip hop dance journey. There will be a season 2 docuseries (amazon video) and a volume 2 OST.
You might enjoy where they started from in 2013, first song No More Dreams, then We are Bulletproof part 2, they were but teenagers, Jungkook was all of 14/15 and the oldest Jin was 20. It was raw but the talent can still be seen.
I don't know if any army told this before but as the comments are filled with borahae i thought of telling you what it means Borahae is translated as ‘I Purple You’ V,one of the members of BTS told that purple is the last colour of the rainbow and it means that I will trust and love you for a long time So from that came the word borahae 😁
BTS is not specifically a Hip Hop group but their songs have a lot of influence on that culture because the 3 rappers (RM, Jhope and Suga) they are writers and composers of most of their songs, BTS is a very versatile group cuz there are 7 members, (3 rappers and 4 vocalists) each one has their own colors and tastes, so if you listen more about BTS you will see many genres, Pop, EDM, Hiphop, Ballad, Latin Pop...cuz there are several members and they all write and COMPOSE so BTS music is SO unique.
I think about all the thousands and thousands of fans not only in their country and culture but all around the world who they have helped educate about hip hop. So many of all ages understand the fundamentals of rap now. And thanks to reactors like you who go in deep and explain the more complex bars, I myself now enjoy it. But my journey into hip hop/rap started by wanting to follow and support (ALL) of the bts members and that included the Rap line.
One of my favorites is Ddaeng because of RM's verse but my top is outro Tear. It comes off a breakup track but it's not so simple, when Suga wrote it they were considered disbanding. In that one RM's verse is tear like crying, Suga's verse is tear like ripping, and J-Hope's verse is fear. It hits me in the gut every time, very emotional one for army 💜 th-cam.com/video/UDuaJGYe8EQ/w-d-xo.html
Next one, Outro TEAR live performance by all 3 rappers. You have reacted to a single member, the group now the rapline next (3 rappers). One of my favorite all time lives from the rapline!🔥
Not only are they encouraging this generation that are out in the crowd, but also educating their guardians/parents that it's ok( this form of music can allow your children to express themselves) if nothing else they will become aware that they are not alone with whatever they might be dealing with at times it may help them depress. ❤❤❤
If you'd like more rapline songs, you could check out Ugh, tear, Cypher part 1-4. You can also check out their solos like RM- Monster, Agust D - Daechwita. Really appreciate your genuine interest
as you get to know bts...esp the rapline ...you will identify with the rap lyrics here...and why the beautiful chorus just sums them up....they are proudly korean totally embracing hiphop and just good music
Thanks for reacting!! Just to let you know a song by one of the singers, Jimin, came out last night called Set Me Free pt. 2, which is going to be on his album Face that will be released next week. The song has some hip pop vibes in it, if interested. Also, RM (another rapper, Leader of BTS) did a collab with a singer on a song called, Smoke Sprite that was released a couple days ago, if interested. It took me a while to warm up to this song but now I like it, personally. If interested. Other songs I recommend: -Persona by RM (+dkdktv explanation video) -Shadow by Suga (+dktv explanation video) -Ego by Jhope (+dktv explanation video)
Yep, they have many songs that draw out the waterworks. So stay hydrated, yourself! 😅 Try Ddaeng, or Ugh!, next and their respective explanation videos. Here for your genuine reactions! 💜
thank you for checking out this very important song! can't wait for more BTS reactions! Personally, RM is my favorite but I love them all dearly. RM released a mixtape back in March of 2015 called RM the 1st mixtape and it made it to number 48 on Spin's "50 Best Hip Hop Albums of 2015". Interestingly enough it has a collab with Kriz Kalico on it. This was before BTS had much success. Then right after that BTS released the HYYH pt. 1 album that would change the trajectory of their career. You can find all of their predebut, special releases for ARMY and mixtapes on their official SoundCloud account. Suga was the second one to release a mixtape. It was titled Agust D and came out in August of 2016 after BTS had gained a bit of success. Then in Feb of 2015 Jhope dropped his Hope World mixtape. That following fall RM dropped his second mixtape titled mono. Then in May of 2020 Suga released D-2 his second mixtape and of course BTS had gained a lot of success by then. Then, Jhope was the first member to release an official solo album Jack in the Box in July of 2022. Then in December of 2022 RM released Indigo, his first official solo album. Suga is going on tour soon-tickets sold out in minutes-so not sure if or when we might get an official solo album from him. However, Jimin is releasing his first solo album on March 24th and he pre-released a single called Set Me Free pt. 2 already. The difference between a mixtape and an official album for BTS members is that when doing mixtapes or solo work prior to last year, it was all done and paid for by the member themselves-including music videos and everything. For official solo albums and singles we are getting now, they are paid for by the company and have to full backing of their PR, etc. Anyway, thanks again!
The advantage of the newer link you were given is that it probably had a rather better translation. In general if you’re recommended a link from the channel Enjoy BTS More (she has been gradually putting them out over the last year or so) it will be the best translation. She uses a source which understands and connects all the Korean cultural references, be they linguistic, historical or pop culture.

No pressure to use it of course, just if you think it might be helpful ☺ TH-cam sometimes takes down comments with external links in, so I'll put the link in a reply (if it gets taken down, you can also find it on the 'about' section of my channel) Anyway, loved how much attention you pay to the lyrics and how respectful you were to the group, thanks for reacting 💜
I'll highly admit I'm not grown up with "HipHop sh*t" actually I've never listend to it on purprose because of mainstreams "I f all the bs on the pavement ways" but it always enlighten me to see people react to BTS a Group of Boys from SouthKorea knowing more about the genre and it is meaning to peeps than they've probably didn't held in the real omf possibillties.
my advice to new bts reactors is always to take your time and have fun. You don't have to bust out all our requests as fast as you can, ESPECIALLY if you're going to get burned out on BTS. We'll still be here when you eventually get to it. And you better believe that other rap or dance reactions are going to get views from a lot of your new ARMY subscribers, so don't feel like you have to stop making all other content either.
this is part of the reason why they’re so damn big. the fact that they crossed over into the usa like they did is because of what you were saying “they know their shit.” they could relate to western society and also know how it works. when exon was dominating they could never make it like this because they had no type of connection to western society nor their rappers ever listened to rappers from here.
If you wanna checkout more of BTS raps then check OUTRO: Tear , UGH, Ddaeng , Cypher Pt. 1 to 4 , Respect, We are Bulletproof Pt. 1 , No more dream , etc...

Yes, when somebody ask about my favorite song I always say that I have about 300 ! And it's not joking nor flexing, it's just the truth!!
Finally they are getting the respect they deserve .❤ I'm so happy for them.
They will always be haters but I can feel the tsunami wave of love and respect taking over. It won't go anywhere it will stay
The coin is law - 😆- love that
One of the things that I think BTS also showed is that rap in not just for men to enjoy - that music is just that music - does not matter your gender, age, race, or language - yes, some lyrics might need to change due to cultural difference (I live on an island, so I get waves but I do not get snow) but emotions and expression is at the heart - that expression might come in the form of rap lyrics - beat - ballad - dance - they find the best sound, visual, and movement that express the emotion and thoughts they are trying to communicate - sometimes will formal and sometime not - that is the beauty of the group - they create based on what they desire to communicate, not on a pattern
A must listen song (tear),you will not be disappointed, the energy and feel from this performance.
RM ,SUGA,JHOPE.
J-Hope's flow
As an Army, we love your genuine reactions! We can sense the reactors who are just in it for the views/subs, as you said. There's so much BTS content, so take your time, we'll be watching!💜💜💜💜💜
Thank you for reacting more to BTS music, and for paying attention to the lyrics and emotions they tried to convey. I feel like you would really enjoy some of BTS-rap-line solo mixtapes or albums - especially if you check them in chronological order because the grow you can see in their music, world view, the maturity makes us all emotional. Will be looking forward to more reactions from you.
i love this song every thing about it, i love the energy RM has
I never heard this track before, so thank you for that.
Mad Respect for you, Omega for showing your Respect and Recognition of Excellence in BTS with Gratitude. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Hell yea we here for it! 💜
2, 2022, and RIGHT PLACE, WRONG PERSON - May 24, 2024 (Genres: R&B/Soul, Pop, UK R&B, Jazz, Hip-Hop/Rap)
SUGA aka Agust D - D-Day - April 21, 2023 (Genres: Hip hop; trap; drill; alternative rock) - SUGA went on a sold out world tour after completing his album, it was amazing, I attended the Oakland concert.
They really are actually good.😆
right?!! i think of this song as their resumé. it's what got me defending them to my friends lmao
Watching you get moved by our boys is the best thing. Thank you thank you thank you 😘💜💜💜💜💜💜💜🫰🏻
What a great reaction! Thank you for respecting our boys, keeping an open mind and analyzing the lyrics! Keep it up
Summoning the A. R. M. Y (Adorable Representative MC for Youth) is both a blessing and a curse. Lol wahahahahaha
*GASP* OUR GOVERNMENT NAME?!😭😭😭
I don't know if any army told this before but as the comments are filled with borahae i thought of telling you what it means
Borahae is translated as ‘I Purple You’
V,one of the members of BTS told that purple is the last colour of the rainbow and it means that I will trust and love you for a long time
So from that came the word borahae 😁
That's fire, love it!!
@@OmegaZekk You NEED to react to RM's 'Change' feat WALE! RM and Wale are straight fire and the song is an anthem!!🔥🔥
Just wanted to say thank you for your heart and authenticity in these reactions! 💓💓
What you said about BTS vibing with hip-hop in their soul even though it is not their culture goes the other way for me. I vibe with KPOP in my soul.
It hits me in the gut every time, very emotional one for army 💜
th-cam.com/video/UDuaJGYe8EQ/w-d-xo.html
their love and passion for hip hop is real and genuine. love all seven of them so much, can't wait for 2025 when they re-group.
Welcome to the BTS Rabbit Hole. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Like Pinky and Brain: what is your plan for tonight? To conquer the world. This talented men has stole our music world.
Next one, Outro TEAR live performance by all 3 rappers. You have reacted to a single member, the group now the rapline next (3 rappers). One of my favorite all time lives from the rapline!🔥
How do we deal with this? Simple EVERY song these guys put out has meaning, good beats, and are bangers. 😊😊
many people start listening to bts for different reasons , like gaining views and stuff but most of them stay . welcome to the fandom!
BTS "Come back Home Live 4th Muster "........all hip hop...great performance💜
Not only are they encouraging this generation that are out in the crowd, but also educating their guardians/parents that it's ok( this form of music can allow your children to express themselves) if nothing else they will become aware that they are not alone with whatever they might be dealing with at times it may help them depress. ❤❤❤
We love genuine reactions and we can spot the fakes. My first time watching your reactions and I enjoyed it.
I feel the same.
Other songs I recommend:
-Persona by RM (+dkdktv explanation video)
-Shadow by Suga (+dktv explanation video)
-Ego by Jhope (+dktv explanation video)
Yep, they have many songs that draw out the waterworks. So stay hydrated, yourself! 😅
Try Ddaeng, or Ugh!, next and their respective explanation videos.
Here for your genuine reactions! 💜
Gracias por siempre fluir. Con naturalidad 💟💟🎵
Thanks for the reaction 💜💜💜💜
I love how open minded you are 😊 Thank you!!
You deserve more subscribers 🙏🏾💜
thank you for checking out this very important song! can't wait for more BTS reactions!
Its my first time watching your reaction and i have to say that we appreciate you and how you’re focusing in the lyrics of bts songs
BTS”From nobodies to Legends 2019”
Amazing reaction ❤ BTS is special.
You are in for a long journey! Enjoy!
Well, hey, Hi! I just watched all three of your BTS videos. So good to be able to watch them "with you", and see you discovering these guys. They are so very good!!!
I'd like to watch Outro Tear with you, live at Wembley Stadium.
There are so many you will like if you keep with it, and as you already know, the recommendations will just keep coming😊
You got another subscriber this evening💜
Hell yea, welcome to BTS and ARMY homie! 💜 oooo do they got some treats for you. Nothin but love bro! 💜
manifesting "Outro tear" live next🥰💜
Hello thank you for showing interest in BTS,
Yes we are different in culture but can we find something great in each other to better us.
Anyone who loves Pete & Bas automatically has my respect :D but yeah Army's pretty good at sussing out the clout chasers no worries and we overprotective if we need to protect our boys: D Some more underrated gems/B sides that you'd Enjoy - We On, If I ruled the world, Coffee, Am I wrong 💜💜
What some people don't realize is that when its first started that they came to L.A.. They came and lived in la for a couple months to train. They were mentored by Warren G and Coolio.
If you are referring to American Hustle Life they weren't in LA for that long. They were there for like 2 weeks.
“Increase me size” I busted out laughing 😂
Suga is amazingg
Loved this reaction! I made a google document to help reactors that are getting into BTS, it says where to get reactions and official mvs and stuff like that.

@@_username5491 Nice compilation!
“you did that thing to my eyeball” lmaoo
Welcome to the BTS vortex 💜🇫🇷
3:13 LMAO I laughed 😭 that was cute
my advice to new bts reactors is always to take your time and have fun.
Welcome to ARMY my friend! 💜
You talk too much? Well, we type too much! 😂😂
No worries, glad you’re here with us on this journey down the rabbit hole!
Hip hop is huge in Korea going back at least the last 25 years 30 years
this is part of the reason why they’re so damn big. the fact that they crossed over into the usa like they did is because of what you were saying “they know their shit.” they could relate to western society and also know how it works. when exon was dominating they could never make it like this because they had no type of connection to western society nor their rappers ever listened to rappers from here.
haahahhaa... its okay.. that's how we feel...
Thank you sm for this..
Jung Hoseok's stage name, and first mixtape, are all j.cole inspired. Cole World for Hope World, J Cole for J-Hope.
Army waiting for you to go down that BTS rabbit hole 😉
Next "we on" by BTS, please🙏😊💜
If you wanna checkout more of BTS raps then check OUTRO: Tear , UGH, Ddaeng , Cypher Pt. 1 to 4 , Respect, We are Bulletproof Pt. 1 , No more dream , etc...
