Hey everyone thanks for watching this first of three Japanese restaurant food challenge videos that I filmed while in the greater Tokyo, Japan area!! For anyone who hasn't watched my 2018 video where I attempted the world's largest Japanese gyoza dumpling challenge in Tokyo that weighs over 2.5kg or 5.5lbs total, here is the link: th-cam.com/video/5o2mAJ_8BXs/w-d-xo.html
I would love to see you and Joel Hansen do a collaboration together. I am not throwing hate, but I'm pretty sure that man can beat you at almost any dish. But he's built of something different my friend! But congrats a win is a win! Great job
RANDY! RANDY! RANDY! I don’t blame you for a ton of food in Asia. Teddy Bear 🧸 still worry about you for sweating, stomach, knees, stand up and down. You did great job with everything from around the world 🌍 I think you’ll need break from 6 months to year. But you’re home now. I know you want to break the record for free stuff in restaurants in anywhere. Remember no vomiting, no eating all day and drink water all day (you’ll go to lavatories if necessary) 😮 See ya next time 😊
I miss Japan. It's been decades since I lived there but the memories are as strong as ever. The beauty of the country is unmatched, the people gracious and once outside the major cities you'll find serenity and a sense of peace that lingers on and on.
I've been here over thirty years--moved from Canada to Osaka--met my wife here. Osaka's more of a business hub, although it has scenic areas, but Kyoto and Nara remain my favorite cities in the Kansai area.
Some of the outskirts are pretty trashed up with no so friendly people. Japan is nice but it isn't perfect. Their declining economy and lowering birth rates are really hurting them. They are in trouble not to mention their suicide rates and unbalanced work hours. No country is perfect!
@@wombat5252really? I knew about the low birth rate and that they work very long hours, but I had no idea there were trashed up areas in Japan! I'm genuinely surprised.
Well done Randy you are one of the best I give you credit. You never give up and always challenge yourself. I believe in you and you are definitely an inspiration to me
So sweet hearing Katina cheering you on towards the end😁 That was a hard fought victory, and i have to just say that sauce looked....well, interesting🤔
I wonder why Katina has fewer subs than randy, or really any of the guys who do these challenges. She is awesome and deserves as many subs as any of them!
@@mygirldarbyRandy brings the screen presence like few others. Thrill is just as important as skill if not more so. This is no knock on the others. Randy's just a natural entertainer & vibe
@@mygirldarbyKatina is awesome, I dont compare who has more followers. Her videos are a lot of fun too, i was a fan of hers before she ever met Randy.
Goooooo Raaannddyyy! Love seeing new videos plus catching old ones.sending so many good vibes your way..i hope things are going good ,i hope n katina n your family are doing good...have an amazing everyday
Looking good, Randy - you've definitely lost weight! A real inspiration to hard work and still doing what you love! Best of luck in the upcoming challenges mate
ive always wondered what you do after a challenge? you're such a pro that I would imagine you're able to function like a regular person even after eating all this. After the challenge you are still able to go out with John for a few drinks or something right?
25 eggs is mad on its own, let alone the rest of the food! I tried a 12 egg cheese and ham omelette with 6 slices of toast once, it was deceiving... I didn't finish it 😂
I think eggs from the USA are the only ones that need to be cooked through and refrigerated as they use chemicals to clean the shell that take off the protective layer
I love watching your videos. Especially because at this point in time, there's a tossup on whether you will actually finish. There's no shame in that; and I'm not trying to be derogatory. It just makes the videos so much more enticing because I don't know for sure that you're gonna finish everything. Part of getting older I guess. I still root for you to win the challenge. I just enjoy the aire of mystery on whether you will truly dominate or not.
Randyyyy! There ya go!! Man, did that all look good. I'm a rice hound and I don't think I could finish it! Congratulations on ANOTHER "W!" On to the NEXT challenge, Brother! God bless. Hi, Katina!
Hi Randy - I like scrambled eggs, and I like rice, but the flavour fatigue must have been nasty with the quantity you gobbled down. Good Luck with the rest of your tour. Thanks for the video.
Love Japan. I actually walked pass this place when I was last there. You can smell the curry from a block away. Wish I had the chance to try the place out now.
You never updated your Randy Santel schedule to include these Japanese challenges! I would have loved have to come and seen you because I live in Tokyo, boo!
Yellow eggs are j ust chickens with a different diet. Doesn't taste as good but it's cheaper feed that t he mass farmers use. It's not any less healthier though. You can get good fresh orange yolk eggs if you have your own chickens or buy more expensive brands.
I'm in the US and I only buy free range eggs. They are more expensive, but I prefer them. The yolks are orange. Those pale yellow eggs are so sad-looking!

Having been to Japan over 30 times I can tell you the food standards and quality are way more regulated and better than here in the US.
That's not saying much tbh. Our food standards in America are soooo low lol
Been all over the world. I'd say the few countries you aren't more hygienic than are some asian street foods and india. Other than that....
@@wideawakeanimal1 it's like night and day difference. Food in the US is like all junk compare to Japan.
That also goes for europe too, the US is so into processing thats why our foods are pretty much poison to us.
Huge fan of Johns channel only in japan as well as chris’ abroad in japan.
Thanks!

Haha even 12 eggs is a lot!! Thanks for watching and all your support!!
I couldn’t do what Randy did, or the omelette you tried either! That’s a ton of food
Paul Newman ate 50 eggs once.

Awesome on another victory Randy’ That looked so scrumptious’ congrats’ Great challenge’ a lot food 😊❤
Thanks for putting that FYI about Japanese eggs being safe to eat raw before all the poindexters started sounding off.
Delicious looking W Randy!
I think eggs from the USA are the only ones that need to be cooked through and refrigerated as they use chemicals to clean the shell that take off the protective layer
@@chris_sssss lol wtf? no. all commerically sold eggs in the usa are pasteurized which means you can of course eat them raw
@@RoeShamBoethat’s not correct. Eggs still in their shell are typically non-pasteurised, even in the US.
I don't care what you say. Raw eggs are dangerous. It's a passport straight to the toilet.
Hey cheers and yes cookie dough is safe in Japan haha
Beautifull dish. Pleasure as always Randy.
Great video Randy my friend it looked delicious 😋
