i just went on the training tab right before training started and when the join button appeared i just kept clicking on it until it let me in, and yes i did miss like 2 trainings because it was just full and never let me in so just keep spam clicking the join button and keep trying and you'll get in if you're lucky
i clock-watch then a minute before the training a set a stopwatch. With 10 secs to go, it usually lets me on, if not i keep spamming. Make sure to set alarms for 5 mins before the training
