I have to visit the shop..
Looked for the Elecraft KX3 has it sold? cannot find it on website.
I have one already but wanted to know how much it was up for.
@@adamg1zhd I saw it as £1.290 but it disappeared off website someone who was watching video must have rung up the shop.
Hi It sold online within minutes of being listed. It was our bargain of the day for sure ! No doubt we will get more in the future.

could i use the ft950 just as receiver? im new to this game
Yes. I've had one for about 8 years. Nice receiver. AM, SSB, CW, et al. Has DSP and very good filtering. Get the Nifty manual for it. It has menus that you can program and set to your specific "taste".

Perhaps a ‘vertical whip’ or an ‘end fed long wire’ antenna might work for you.
