this really helped. i lost 2 of my family members that were like grandparents to me from covid. it was very sudden, they were both healthy. i wasn’t the most impacted but i still cry and breakdown. they show up in my dreams and i still think about the last time i saw them. i still watch the video of their obituary, look at pictures of them, and think about them being right there. i know i’m a stranger but writing this helped me process thoughts

John is 4 years older than you, he comes in your bus and thats how you became friends, you forget that your depressed because he always knows how to crack up some jokes, he helped you get into the football team, he comforted you that time when you got bad marks, he was like a brother to you.
