The link you provided in the description no longer works for finding the Shadowhawk cane at Cane Masters. Do you have an updated link for this cane? Thanks. I believe I could really like this cane more than my current everyday carry cane (also from Cane Masters).
Thank you when you get it let me know and I will be glad to do a live 30 minutes zoom training video with you on it if you like. Thank you Gary Hernandez
@@cosmichef75 I will give you a friend 30 minute training class on use it for sure. Just let me know when you get it and I will set it up. Thanks Gary Hernandez
The ShadowHawk is truly a beautiful and very effective cane. Unfortunately, up here in Canada, it would be considered a weapon. We have to go more for the Grey Man style.
I just got this cane but wanted it more grey man. I got mine in hickory with heartwood in gunstock brown. When carried horn back, you can’t see the teardrop and it just looks like a truly gorgeous round cane. I have got a bunch of compliments on the grips.
What do you think of carrying a octagonal cane for EDC and personal protection as it has 8 edges and requires less precision to use knowing that when adrenaline starts flowing precision is reduced
Thank you Master Gary . Your videos are very informative. I’ve recently been in an accident that almost broke my back. Now I walk with a cane. I have a regular standard cane I use. But I recently bought a M48 cane sword. Could you please do a review and maybe a demonstration with the M48 cane. Thank you
Hello Patriot America I hope you recover fully from your accident and thank you for watching my channel. On the M48 cane sword I think it's very cool. I do not own that kind of cane sword I do own one cane sword that is different. But to be honest I don't do video much of any cane sword is because it's not legal to cane and even with a concealed carry permit you will not be able to take it to most places. And if used here in the states you would be in jail. Down the road I will do one on it.thank you Gary Hernandez
Thank you Master Gary. I agree the M48 is a little over the top. I would only use the sword in a life or death situation. What I really like is the handle. It’s heavy duty battle ready. Thank you for responding back to me. I will definitely keep watching your videos. Thanks again.
Hello here is the link with all the information on it and some other canes I use. Thank you Canemasters.com/affiliate-pages/gary-hernandez-martial-arts
gary, watching your videos are a very excelent training tool. your first shadow hawk video inspired me to order a custom cane.pure heart wood tear drop shaft top mid bottom grips swan head horn with same palm rest very nice piece to carry, actually on my short walks, as i am recovering from a stroke, it feels like such a nice protection tool, most of the time i leave my firearm at home i dont have any concern for any one trying to hurt me, and that tear drop will be bad news for them, as ther sprit is leaving ther body, they maby shead a few tears....might talk to keith about a tripple tear drop design....any how keep rolling out your good vids as i am a new subscriber. take care of mr. bob, maybe treat him a lunch or somptin, lols peace, randy.
Hi, I have the information now and will be putting it on the new link this weekend, so it should be ready by Monday. Please check with me on Monday at my email hgary64@aol.com. Thank you very much, Gary
Working on it will be up sometime next week. I am told I will let you know when it's up and running. Sorry for the delay. I will get it up this week. Thank you, Gary Hernandez
HI Master Gary thank you again for creating the Shadow Hawk My current question for you is I was in a bear hug or something could you try rubbing the palm rest near the knuckles to loosen the grip? is that a possibility?
My concern with canes that look like this seems like, even of if used in self defense, the perp or offender could sue because the case could possibly be made that you're expecting or looking for a reason to use this tool.

Hello, Daryl should have a new link working soon. Meeting with them today will post new link very soon. Thank you, Gary Hernandez
I feel the shark's teeth can compromise the strength of a cane. The teardrop not so much.
ANOTHER GREAT TRAINIG VIDEO THANKS MASTER GARY

You could buy there are better ways to get out of it. I will do a video on them soon.
thank you
A small fixed blade knife like TDI or Clinch Pick is great for an entangled distance situation for back up in retaining your cane.
Is the shadow hawk still available?
Yes contact them and ask for it and they can help with that
There is also a link on this page look under the information area
How do I buy a Shadowhawk? Directly with Cane Masters or thru you?
Hello, the link is not working right now. I will have Canemasters fix it and get back to you on it. Thank you, Gary Hernandez

Is that hickory ?
Yes sir
In the immortal words of Mr. Clint Eastwood, aka Pale Rider, “There’s nothin’ like a good piece of hickory”.
@@grinningfool34 Well said
How much does it cost
Canemasters sells it at 262

That can be true but same as a gun or knife in self-defense
Better than being a victim.
If he is trying to Punch me I really don't care how much I hurt him in the block
Very true but if it's someone like a drunk man you may not want to hurt him to bad.
