I panicked for a good 1-2 hrs because it was stuck but I tried again after calming myself down and learnt the trick. Hats off guys for such natural acting and normalising this topic!
Another well crafted short film that spreads awareness and provides information on how to use products which people are ashamed to discuss. But one thing to note is that it also suggests to have someone for emotional strength. Online tutorials can't replace an actual help.

This video shows the reality for many women why and how the thought can be daunting to switch and an adjustment for sure with a cup. Since it can be tricky at first, like the video shows, but don’t give up after the first mishap! It can take time to get used to using and sometimes you have to try a different size or brand until you find the right one for you. But keep trying! Once one gets used to the cup for most women I’ve know that have made the switch find they are much more comfortable then pad and tampons; along with being better for the environment and your wallet! Plus ’ve found they reduce Irritation, especially if you suffer from chronic yeast infections and UTI’s. I’ve been using them for almost 3 years and after the first few uses I saw how much more comfortable they feel compared to wearing a pad or a tampon. While for some the cups won’t be the best fit, for many women there are benefits once you’ve gotten it down!

Shame on her boyfriend instead of helping her at her bad times he left her so easily to deal alone with that situation. There is no meaning of her sharing information about menstruation and menstrual cup because if a man could not understand why she is telling this things to him there's no point to tell him about it. Instead a woman can help a woman.
Funny thing is you don’t educate men about periods or it’s cycle , what you use or what you go through , if some men ask about you feel shy about it and say its girl thing , you don’t understand, please educate everyone about it’s not shy thing , it’s about women health 🙏🏻
