Don't be scared, don't even think about how you are going to feel during labor. I have 5 children all normal delivery and one principle that worked for me is not to be scared or think about it. I always have that confidence that the Lord who put the baby in there will bring him or her out when is time. I pray for a successful delivery in Jesus name 🙏

Dont worry about birthing...I had 4 Csections, my children are grown with children of their own. Take childbirth classes, it teaches breathing and relaxing.

When getting the epidural to me it felt like a sharp, hot pinch to my backside. It also delayed the dilation process, so I would hold out on getting one until it’s absolutely necessary. ❤

I’ve had 5 children and had epidurals with 3 of them. If it’s any comfort the thought of the epidural is a lot worse than the actual epidural. Also it gives such blessed relief that it’s so worth it. I would choose epidural over not. Blessings

I had a similar situation where I had to leave this male doctor. I felt like he never cared to even ask how me and the baby were doing. I was so glad I did because the one I ended with was the best. So don't feel bad leaving them. After all, what you want is to enjoy your pregnancy. Wishing you all the best!

With a first baby on the way, it’s normal to have scary thoughts in advance.. also people can tell rather stressing stories about their experience.
Just focus on being relaxed, calm and knowing that all the pain is bearable and already forgotten when they put your little baby on your belly..

Hi there! So happy for you guys! I had 3 kids by the age of 30! I had 1 ceasarean and 2 natural after that! Two of my kids have their own children now! So, I have had the works epidural etc! Very natural to be scared, but don't worry, lots and lots of people have been through it and you will be fine! Remember God is there and will protect you for a safe delivery of baby cappuccino! Please read this. My daughter is an obstetrician and I work for her. So I’ve learnt quite a bit. Enquire if you can have an NIPT. Also growth scans. Please don’t be offended but you need to control your weight in order to prevent pre eclampsia and in case you need a Caesar.

Glad you got a fine hospital to birth. I do not skip the ads as I know it helps the Chanel. I saw another interracial couple ( Filipino and the kenyan) gave birth in Kenya and they taped everything. It’s actually normal to want everything to be perfect during pregnancy even though things always don’t go easy especially with gynecologists they think we are dramatic cause they deal with lot of us daily and they misinterpret how special it is to us especially as a first time mama
You just want all to be well don’t mind them my Gynecologists once let me wait an hour and i was bleeding i was so angry and wanted to change but i had to stay cause i was like in my 22 weeks had a feeling he knows me and my difficulties ( had a very had not easy pregnancy)

The Lord will bless and take care of you and that baby , He will see you through your pregnancy. I Was born in Nairobi, my mum is of Ethiopian nationality born in Seychelles Island. I Used to Live in Macalde mine in Migori, Kissimmee. Just pray about the Epidural , it's the best option. My granddaughter gave birth to a wonderful baby boy Malachi October 16/23.
She didn't want to have an epidural . But through the rough pain12 hours in long labor pain. She literally screamed and said I want the Epidural and they gave to her within 30 minutes she was fine

I’m sure, your parents will help you with the hospital, labor cost. As an American, I would for my kids.
I hear horror stories of my mom’s country of their hospital stay. If one does not have the money, the patient does not get attended.
I think here in the states, the cost to give birth is around from $10,000-$30,000 dollars. So, $2,000 dollars in Africa to give birth is a steal.
