I have this app. It's OK. Last time I checked there were under a dozen different views. Nothing much to do. Just some pretty scenes and you can only move around in a small area in most of the scenes. It is calming. And it DOES look like I need to hop back into it, as some of these scenes are new to me. I like Wander better, which is just a nice VR interface for google street view. I was just exploring the Italian coast and middle-of-nowhere Kenya. You can spend hours in Wander. Now of course street view is not 3d, but 360 view makes it pretty immersive anyway.
You mentioned the "calming" effect. That is one important reason I'm looking into this. The other is, maybe, to sorta-of take a small visual vacation without going anywhere, if that makes any sense. I'm going to download it later today, so will leave my own impressions then.
The perspective change/distortion is so distracting I’m not sure I’d enjoy this. And I really want to because it would be hella cheaper than this big metal mofo I’ve got now.
Awesome! Might try it on my Quest 3.
You should!
I’ll give this a try on my Q3 later…I can’t get off google earth when I play it on my Q3
Cool👍

@@TicTac-g7myeah pls tell us. I think because you can actually move around, it makes it a lot cooler than just 360.

No, I was just being a smart***.
Just downloaded it and I'm impressed!
Too much head movement makes everything move all around all the time. I got headaches watching this!
