I'm glad you like Louis! He's the one who's under appreciated. He gets a lot of hate. People say he doesn't have a strong voice or it's too "raspy." Or straight up he just can't sing. Which doesn't make sense because he creates the harmony and his rasp is what add that little magic to the song and makes it unique. 💓
lololee24 I have to agree that his lifestyle isn't good for his voice but think is major issue is confidence. He's always been the one who didn't feel confident in his voice as he barely got any solos in the beginning and when he got them he was so nervous that he messed up a lot which leaded to people saying that he couldn't sing which was just feeding in to his already existing insecurity. As someone who sang her entire life I can confirm that when you are thinking so much of not hitting that note, you're not gonna hit it. So when doesn't think about it that much he just slays.

Louis has a very unique sound..he carries the sound of 1D. there is somewhere a video of Harry and Louis with only their voices they blend so well together and have beautiful harmonies together... so have Zayn and Liam....I hope now they do solo stuff they are also going to do collabs. lololee24 you do know that your opinion of his voice is not the objective opinion that everyone should follow , if someone loves his voice you don't have a right to say that their opinion is invalid which is what you have been doing all over this comment section and being a one direction fan for five to six years I can definitely say that there has been many songs where Louis does carry the song harmony wise and background if he doesn't have a solo . The band would have sounded completely dead without Louis . The simplest example of that would even be their first very single 'what makes you beautiful' , 'no control' , 'clouds' , event his performance if you listed for his voice during the harmonies you can hear how important louis' part it. Louis' tone almost brightens one direction and adds life to their songs.

Totally agree with you about Zayn's voice. His voice was stunning in 1D, was totally breath taking.. but now it doesn't sound as special. As for Harry, he did sound great, but now we see him really shine and see the complete range in his voice, which was restricted in 1D, cause each member had a quality to their voice that they were known for.. e.g Zayn high notes, Liam falsetto.. and Harry for his rasppiness and rocky tones.

wtf are you talking about? We had an entire project pushing that song to number one in a lot of countries. That song meant a lot for us fans because of the message and the tragedy attached to it. We worked our asses off streaming, buying, gifting, requesting etc for Louis to show how proud he is. This girl said nothing wrong by saying he won't like Louis' music because he prob wont. Not because its a bad song just because hes more into acoustic/slow/hard rock than popy edm music. Louis himself said he didn't think he'd ever release a solo single/album because he didn't like his own voice and had no confidence but we blew him away and now hes confirmed an entire album to come! For the real artist who make music to relate and create a sense of community and peace its not about being #1 every damn day. I'm going to request that you watch One Direction "The Way You Look Tonight" from when they were competing on the X-Factor UK back in 2010. You can really see how much Harry's voice has improved since back then (when he was 16) and it's kind of fun to watch them all as teens and see how much they've all changed over the years.
