@alisayan8335 so with your application, you have to provide photo proof of the product(s), materials, and tools used to make your product, I actually made a photo collage of the product, a photo cllage of the tools and one of the materials. I have my business card in each photo, I created mine on canva for free and printed it on regular paper and cut it ✂️ out by hand. I was descriptive but brief on the product, materials, and tools that I've used and gave a breakdown down of the time, for example, cut wood 5 min + router 10 min + sanding 10 min + stain 10 min + drying 25 min. = 1 hour.
It may sound like a lot, but it's really not once you have it all laid out. I hope this helps. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Thank you so much for the great information about handmade in Amazon. Do you have to spend lots of money for the PPC advertisement? and also how much do you have to pay the referral fee?
I do spend some on PPC but recently I stopped some of my ads. The amount of spend for PPC depends on a lot of things and it is definitely something I didn’t do right away! I sold lots of products without doing ads so it is not a requirement! The referral fee also has some differences based on product size and if it’s FBA/Prime or not. I covered the fees in my video comparing Amazon to Etsy. Let me grab the link! Also you can reduce the referral fee with some tricks if you are Brand Registered! Will cover that in an upcoming video!

If you are designing them then yes they should count as handmade. I have not done a video on Amazon Custom because I don’t currently have any custom listings. Maybe in the future!

I would make sure you show the design process. Like that you have to design what is going on the shirt. I think it could be approved.
I am already selling on Amazon, but would like to add some handmade products. Can I do that in same account?
Yep! You can sell both on the same account. And you only have to keep 1 handmade product to have the monthly professional account fee waived.

It is just an application for your business. Once you are approved you don’t need to do it again!

Does an item I handmade but didn’t create get approved ? Example I make bracelets but I don’t create the bracelets I make I either take orders or find inspirations online and create something similar to sale ?
You are still making the product. As long as you aren’t copying any other sellers the item should be approved. You will need a product to list items. Custom orders are handled differently.

Not at all! If you have an Etsy shop you can use that as a reference for the application.
I want to know one thing from you Are Indians given 3 stores when they register with Handmade Pay? Those who do the listing, they have to do different listings on different stores. Hi, or for listing on one store, will it be shown on 3 stores?
If you are in the US you are given access to US, Canada and Mexico. They recently added Brazil to my account (I didn’t apply for it). To list in each region you need different listings. And my understanding is you can use auto translate or list in native language. So 3 regions need 3 listings. Hope that helps and I hope I read the question right.
Hello, im having a hard time figure out what it means to have “assembly line or automation technology” for handmade.. I do see people with machine embroidered hats on amazon handmade currently. But i think it rides the line. Perhaps there are other things that make those things be categorized as handmade?
There is always more that goes into the products. I have a machine that helps cut the stickers. I could never cut that many by hand with a knife. I do design the stickers and I use some clip art for my journaling kits but I design the sheets and the extras for the kits. I don’t think any expects an embroidered shirt or hat to be completely stitched by hand. Hope that helps!

That should count! They list modifications as handmade.

Hmmm…I am not sure how Amazon views 3D products. I know I have purchased 3D products from the regular selling side of Amazon. You could always apply and see what they say! It doesn’t cost anything to apply.
If I'm currently a seller must I create new listings in Handmade for products I have listed on regular Amazon? What are the advantages of selling under Handmade vs regular Amazon?
Selling Handmade gets the professional seller account fee waived. If the items on regular Amazon are truly Handmade I would definitely switch them over. I have not tried to switch a listing so not sure how that works and if it would be like starting over. Ultimately, there are things you can do with a "regular" listing you can't do with a Handmade listing and vice versa, so how you list is truly up to you!

You will have to open a case with Amazon. There is a help menu to contact them. They don't have a number to call but with the case you can request a call back instead of an email.

Great video! I’m just starting out and creating with resin. I want to sell these to donate proceeds to non profit animal sanctuary. Do I have to have a license to sell? I will only display one or two at a time to sell as they are made. Mt creations will each be one of a kind, numbered and signed. What category would I fit in? I don’t want a business. Just create and donate proceeds.

Pretty sure that would still count for handmade. You should check into being a non-profit or not-for-profit. I can’t give guidance on that part though.
