Where are the northern blogger that supposed to educate their own youth on how to leave a good life or to condemn the insensitive behaviour of the the northernas
Growing up I used to be in love with the military, not just because of their beauty in uniform, but also their power. My father, an ex soldier, use to tell me that Nigerian soldiers were one of the best in the world. Now, 20 years later, what has happened? A few idiots who are in d forest, who don't have the kind of training and education our soldiers have, are holding sway. Killing and kidnapping people, including our soldiers. Just this morning, gun men attacked a general in Abuja and took away his SUV, a whole Brig. Gen. Haba. What happened to the courage my father told me about, how is it that we cannot handle this small terrorist groups, when the same soldiers went to Serre Leone (pardon the spelling), Liberia and made a name for our country. Well the problem is, the president is the commander in chief of the armed forces. Let that title be taken away and let the military be independent and do their job as it is in Pakistan and order places. Until then, we will only hope for a commander in chief that will be willing to give the order to our military to clear these menace of terrorism threatening our existence. On this note, I say congratulations to all graduants. May God protect u and may the change we desire come from u.
