He seems to be the same as the first Season 3 patch. Of course, he has been buffed in some aspects and now does certain things better, but the changes doesn't seem to be enough to make him go higher in the tier-list.
The buff to spin oki midscreen is very good, and addresses a glaring issue he used to have. The situation he got off of spin midscreen prepatch was not very threatening. Now he’s an able to get a c.S to start his blockstrings, safe jump with j.H, and shooting the flame error to be safe from dp is much better than it was last patch because of how closer he is now. It just makes him much more consistent. The buff to j.D makes his mix both harder to react to, tighter, and also makes j.D a bit more viable in neutral, those still not amazing. Lastly the hard knockdown on 6H is a weird one. It opens up some new oki opportunities, but it’s probably the least significant buff imo because his oki situation off of Malfunction was already pretty good. But it definitely isn’t useless. It’s also worth mentioning that the WWA buff is nice for him Overall, all of this combined with some of the top tiers taking hits, I think he’s definitely better off. However a lot of the issues still exist, so I don’t really see him shooting up the tierlist, at least not by much if at all. He’s likely still in bottom 5 range, but button 5 this patch is much better than bottom 5 last patch.
Ignoring Bed’s actual placement, is it just me or does Bed feel like such a losing matchup for I-no. I swear I cannot find an opening with them continuously using 236P
man this is news to me, a bed player :/ maybe it's just because I don't spam the spike? but i-no is a tougher matchup than half the cast for me it's possible i just don't know how to handle i-no in general tho
@@benterhune8563 Nail absolutely shuts me down full screen, esp trying to hover to get in Stroke, both versions, are easily caught by 2S and 2H Bed’s 6P is actually really good at handling I-no’s highs, especially anything going into j.D Cornered, I-no’s only options are FDing, supering or Deflect Shield and her 5P/2P loses straight up (imo) to Bed’s Now get out there and shut down some I-nos :)

Spin finally gives oki, jd sucks a tiny bit less, and 6h gives hkd wich enables some whacky but situational wall situations

Yes in the previous patch at least I-no was considered Bed's only winning matchup. Bed really screws up I-no's airdash shenanigans
