This had resulted into immediate surrender by Pakistan. He also told that, since then the Pakistan govt. has made this a thumb rule to bar India to build any more dams on its side of rivers. How do you see this version of Waseem Altaf? .... Although, he is a reasonably good and fair journalist.

I have gone to detail hydrology of total Indus basin, Ist india explore all tributaries or small rivers mainly jammu reason like Tavi river second construct a Dam in upper catchment of chinab and linked to Ravi river down of chamera dam. India again prposed a comprehensive irrigation project in Kashmir valley with the demand of Kashmir valley farmers. Third option is make a integrated life irrigation project in ladakh reason through solar energy installation by local people without direct government involvement.

Chenab does not flow through Rajouri district at all .From Jammu district it enters Pakistan ( Akhnoor ) .Both of its canals are not supported by lifting system, but it is gravity only which helps. Don't misinform if you are miles away from actual knowledge
Please don't use ji while referring to the second PM of India. You can use ji for Netaji the first PM. The second one did everything unfavourable to India
