  • Ingredients (2 servings): 500 g of potato gnocchi, 200 g of bacon, 1 medium onion, 30 g of olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 g of brie, 50 g of vegetable broth, 100 g of heavy cream, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, 30 g of parsley
    Preparation: boil 500 g of potato gnocchi in salted water. Cut 200 g of smoked bacon into thin strips, fry in a dry pan until golden brown. Set aside. Finely chop one medium onion and 3 cloves of garlic. Heat 30 g of olive oil, fry the onion and garlic until golden. Peel 100 g of brie cheese, cut into pieces. Add the cheese to the onion and garlic and melt. Add 50 g of vegetable broth and 100 g of heavy cream. Combine with fried bacon.
