So when I was a young teenager, I was on holidays in Mallorca. I was sitting in a pub with my mum and I was absolutely mesmerised by this strange music video playing on the telly. I heard some of the music and loved it. I wasn't a filthy weeb then. A few years later my buddy tells me about this thing called anime. He recommends a few of the basics. Bleach, naruto , one piece, death note and code geass. After watching death note and loving it, I decided I'd watch code geass as it was the only other short anime in my little list. I love the touh of piano at the end. After the busy and chaotic base, drums, electric guitar in the background, there is a touch of gentle and tenderness, echoing the plot. Just finished 'Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion'-almost nine years after its 'Stage 25' was aired on 15 December 2008 in the Philippines (TV5). This is the first anime series that I have completed watching in a very long while (the first season, at least), thanks largely to this 'legendary' opening theme song!

So when I was a young teenager, I was on holidays in Mallorca. I was sitting in a pub with my mum and I was absolutely mesmerised by this strange music video playing on the telly. I heard some of the music and loved it. I wasn't a filthy weeb then.
A few years later my buddy tells me about this thing called anime. He recommends a few of the basics. Bleach, naruto , one piece, death note and code geass. After watching death note and loving it, I decided I'd watch code geass as it was the only other short anime in my little list. I heard this song playing and it instantly filled my mind with nostalgia and I teared up.
I might not understand a word of it, but flow are fantastic.

Just finished 'Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion'-almost nine years after its 'Stage 25' was aired on 15 December 2008 in the Philippines (TV5).
This is the first anime series that I have completed watching in a very long while (the first season, at least), thanks largely to this 'legendary' opening theme song!
