DAX seems to be more action oriented and less history oriented. Great if you are ordering or posting journals within criteria, but not so good if you need to trace part history or transaction history for inventory lost or misplaced.

You can always view history but as far as lost or misplaced inventory, yes there is no form in AX to trace

We recently changed to this system at my place of employment . I'm not a fan, we went from 2 - 3 steps to log in a customer to 15 . This program is excessively convoluted ! It's like you're taking a figure 8 route to get down a straight path . I am definitely not a fan of Microsoft ax .
