2 months sober from alcohol. I started seeing positive changes in my life after the first week. Weed is all I need. To each his/her own but after constant binge drinking since age 15 I've finally had enough. Counseling worked for me

@@listentoluucy1194 it was. Had to get through withdrawal. After that I had to fight the urge anytime I got stressed but I have a great support system. I'm 8 months in and the longer I go without it the less I even think of drinking. Just take it a day at a time. Rip slim 400.
@@FallinFromTheSkyy just take it a day at a time. At first whenever i wanted a drink I would just tell myself ill just get a drink tomorrow. If u say that everyday then that drink tomorrow will never happen. Find a hobby to take up your free time. For me it's the gym and fishing. Stay strong mentally and once you start noticing how things start to change for you it will motivate you to keep going
