Call a highly reputable grey market merchant and buy it from there. Unless you’re willing to buy a dozen watches you’re not getting the one you want. And prices going higher is not guaranteed.
The voice for this video is a voice actor. I've heard him on many other vidoes/channels. They've had other voices on the channel if you go back to the beginning. My bet is that this is 100% completely made up content, not from his real experience. That said, the obvious advice in the video is obvious and stands on its own.
