You should watch the FORESTORY, you’ll see their struggle from start until the end when Group was formed. This is more informative.
I agree. There are better videos to introduce you to forestella. This video seems very disjointed.

If you want to get an impression of their group dynamic and also how they live and breath singing, I recommend this clip of one of their live streams where they try singing songs at 1,5 or 2 times the speed.
