So i was waiting till I got to the stage I am now since i understand the input conrols and beginning to grasp the animation blueprints. That shot and this video was cinematic beyond epic

I have a question that I am struggling with, and everyone just keeps answering with "just add a VHS filter on top" which is the incorrect answer. I'm trying to recreate the look of a movie called Split Second from 1992. It's a Cyberpunk film. When I say I'm trying to recreate the look of it, I mean the exact way that movie looks. I like that gritty Cyberpunk style, as opposed to the clean Cyberpunk look. But I'm struggling to figure out how to give it the appearance of something shot then. I'm trying to create something indistinguishable from something shot at the time. Could you please help point me in the right direction on how to do something like that?

There's still something that feels off about it, when it comes to facial muscle movements, humans aren't just there yet. It feels plastic everytime characters move and it should be. Games aren't meant to be real, they're played just for fun. Don't try to make games more real, focus more on their stories and vibe. We have our real life incase we want to spend time exploring reality. What could possibly be more real than that? 😊
