Mawira, I am happy that Mawa left you in charge of the villa, all the others are building, have personal problems and are too busy to give 100% of their time, you are sincere, disciplined, hardworking and have a fair knowledge of trees, vegetables and animals. If you plan things well the home will be more beautiful than before, I would put a sign in front, "Private property, entry by appointment only" otherwise everyone will be out there for content a free meal, or to use the WiFi, as Rocio said please respect their property.
When you wake up every morning why not go for a 45-minute walk around the village, to keep fit. It would be so nice to hear the sound of the birds singing and enjoying the green scenery. Most importantly, please take care of your health. The others living there have to do their part as well.

I was just thinking the same thing. He could plant some cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, beet roots, watermelon, and the animals also like to eat. They have nothing but time. The horses would love the mixed diet.
