It's hard to explain but I'll tell you anyways, so at the Season Festivals, there is a colorful tent that if you click on it it'll say "TAKE GREETING PHOTO" or "TAKE GREETING PHOTO WITH..." and if you take that photo, it shows up in the Sim's inventory that you played as and just click on the picture and drag it to a wall and there! :)
