dear Sir - I actually saw this light when doing giri pradakshina... though it looked like a natural one, I thought and was convinced myself that somebody managed to reach the peak and is using some powerful battery light... but after few months I again saw this light during day time... since why someone would use a battery light during day time, again I got this doubt what this light may be... I was clue less, but I thought it may be some kind of chemical reaction thats happening on the rocks..since exactly at that place many pour camphor, ghee etc and light lamps during festival days... I understand that your proof is Bhagwan Ramana's quote.. thank you..
