    Thanks alot, What does it mean when the lack of fit have no indication of significant or non significant in the ANOVA?

      In order to get a lack of fit test, you need to have replicates. Those replicates must represent the natural process variation, and should have been included randomly throughout the experimental design. If there is no difference between the replicates, then there will not be a test.

      We used some previously saved data for this tutorial. When you design your own experiments, you'll need to run the experiment and enter your observed responses.
