I'm a former Cast Member for MK, you absolutely are allowed to have small tripods. The rule is that the must fit into a regular sized backpack. You can't bring professional tripods that require their own 3-4 foot bags.
I'm so glad you mentioned no glass waterbottles! I don't think I've heard anyone mention that before, and I'm so glad I know that now so I don't lug four glass bottles across the Atlantic.
I'm kind of late to see this video but I'm going on my first trip to Disney in 25 days so this video has really helped me on what to pack. Thank you, thank you very much!
I'm glad you mentioned the Advil! I always try to pack either aspirin/excedrin/tylenol etc. in those little one dose pouches because someone always seems to get a headache towards the end of the day. Also a few Tums are a good idea too. In addition to that, my essentials are: annual pass/magic bands, phone charging stick/fast wall charger (can use during meal times), sunscreen, beauty balm & lip balm - both with SPF, sunglasses, hat, earbuds/headphones (i like to listen to music while in line or even on the rides), water bottle, little snacks from home like trail mix or chips, hand wipes & sanitizer, and (depending on the weather forecast that day) ponchos.
My sons have that same case, and I think that's great to have for the parks! I should get one too since I typically carry the battery stick. Yes to the hand sanitizer it's a must! You are super thorough, thank you for sharing what's inside! I love your buttons!

🤣 ha that’s awesome we’re learning more and more how to pack our bags for days at Disney. I really need to get some sandles for the rain. We went to the parks everyday for a week and like you said it rained like clockwork! We just keep going really no umbrella or ponchos, but the last 2 days the wind picked up and it got COLD! My car seems got wet. And eeew they don’t dry easily at all like 2 days to dry out!!! 😱. And wet shoes for the next day!!! But I also like the idea of feminine wipes! Not to be gross but part of life all the sweaty ness yeeeahhh could definitely benefit from a periodic fresh up! Thanks for the tips!!! Since we live here and don’t eat in the park! We bought a backpack cooler!!! We also have 2 boys so it helps to have lots of snacks with us!
I have a small backpack I bring and everything in it is contained in a gallon size zicloc bag - this keeps things dry in case of heavy rain and it a quicker security check process as well.
I am SO in love with that Kate Spade collection and it is on my WISH list! I really do wish they could look up the AP from your band...but good idea to have a tiny card wallet. Blotting papers are a great idea! AMEN to the "HANITIZER" as we call it! I have a little hanging do-dad so it's on the side of my park bag and easy to get to. I am a germ-a-phobe! That Marie backpack is precious!

i have never been o disney before, never even been to america. i live in Australia and i live near the theme parks there, and my family all have annual passes. We usually try to spread the load so we dont all need to take bags, but the things we usually bring is lunch, phones, water, sunnies, and a little pouch that has any mediation we need (like panadol, anti-histamine, and anything else we might need at that time). I also like to take hand sanitiser. But it also depends on whos with us, and how long we are going for! Love your channel so much! And I love that you take time to read and reply to all the comments!

I am completely and totally obsessed with the Aristocats bag! I just recently purchased a gorgeous blush pink quilted Disney bag from Loungefly but I think I need to find this one too!
My family always brings a Camelbak backpack so we have constant access to water. Also, most of the Camelbak trail bags come with a waterproof bag cover so your bag can be protected from those afternoon storms too.
if for some reason if you're watching this and planning on going to Disneyland I would recommend bringing > cash >phones >big zip bag >tampons >deodorant >extra top

I've been watching twitter and the DISboards for reports of last night's 1st Halloween party of the year (so early this year!) Sounds like it was crowded as there was rain... sounds familiar lol. As far as I know, it IS still Hallowishes at MNSSHP. Regarding Universal, yes! I've been twice in the past few years and I really love it, especially the Harry Potter areas! Escape from Gringotts and The Mummy and Spiderman are my top 3 faves at Universal. I also have a soft spot for E.T. because I remember riding it as a child. I won't be going to Universal this fall, but I'll likely be down in Orlando again in February with my husband, and we'll probably spend a day there so I'll make sure to cover it then. :)

Halloween isn't a big thing for us here, but I dressed up as Minnie last year at disney, and I loved it! My fave rides at universal are the Simpsons, transformers and all time favourite is the Hulk, can't wait to ride that bad boy again! So intense, but not as scary as I thought it would be. I've actually never rode The Simpons! I chickened out once because I heard that people get very motion sick on that ride. And I totally forgot about Hulk! That coaster is amazing! It was down on my last visit, but when I went in May 2015 I rode it and LOVED it. (That other coaster though... the Rip Ride Rocket? no thanks.)

I had already bought Nightmare Before Christmas ears for the Halloween party ( oops). Also have Pandora ones ( light up), Kylo Ren, Epcot ears and Jack Sparrow ( from last year). Also just bought both OhYeah's Halloween shirts and their haunted mansion one. Gone a bit off the deep end buying stuff! 😁

Ponchos, sunscreen, portable charger.... maybe a comb and some lens wipes if you’re planning on riding a wet ride... I always wear plastic sandals like crocs or okibashis so no problem if they get wet. The only other thing I’ve ever needed other than ID is a packable windbreaker for those unexpected cold days in March...

There is not really a mosquito problem at Disney (they have a huge internal pest control strategy, I've literally seen like 3 bugs ever over many many trips) -- but because of the Zika virus thing, they now also offer free mosquito repellent inside the parks and hotels. So you're covered :)
OMG you would love the tsum tsum arcade machines in Japan I played the heck out of those and you get lil tsums to play on the machine with too its so cute
If you ever go to one of the parks for a short day when it’s very, very cold in Disney, you might want to check out Scottevest. I just discovered this brand for travel in general and they have lots of great sweater/jacket options where you can fit lots of stuff in their nifty pockets and not have to carry a bag or at least not an XL one. I think they also have nifty raincoat option in case it looks like all rain the time you’re planning to go. Thought to share in case no one’s mentioned it below since you’ve just taught me so much with all these tips here!! :)

Bit late to comment but I had trouble with the Joby at Disneyland Paris, it looks really suspicious on the bag scanners! I'd recommend a Manfrotto Pixi, when the legs are folded in it's a nice shape to hold as you're walking around instead of having to hold the camera by its edges as well.
Man, my husband and I went to Disneyland for our honeymoon two years ago, and I got the stomach flu. It was the WORST. Keep up on that hand sanitizer haha

I’m like it’s the cats name just like Sally or Jack from The Nightmare Before Christmas, or someone else that’s Disney.
Do you have to worry about pickpockets at Disney? We were in Barcelona earlier this year, and had to worry about it. We live in VA and go to Busch Gardens frequently, and you could literally leave your purse in the park all day, and it would probably still be there- in 10 years, I've never had a problem with being pickpocketed (even leaving my backpack outside rides while I rode).
It's not a suggestion, rather a question. I'm seeing all sorts of the custom "non Disney purchased" ears, shirts, etc - if I make or buy those and wear them into the park on my next trip to Disneyland, I'm not gonna catch grief from park staff because they are not "Disney official", right?

Bit late to comment but I had trouble with the Joby at Disneyland Paris, it looks really suspicious on the bag scanners! I'd recommend a Manfrotto Pixi, when the legs are folded in it's a nice shape to hold as you're walking around instead of having to hold the camera by its edges as well.
I am definitely worried about getting sick at Disney cause of the kiddos 😬

I love your Marie bag, I got my grandma a Marie cup from a Disney store and she thought it was one of them name ones like the name keychains, why would you get me that name I’m NOT a Marie! I’m like it’s the cats name just like Sally or Jack from The Nightmare Before Christmas, or someone else that’s Disney.

Do you have to worry about pickpockets at Disney? We were in Barcelona earlier this year, and had to worry about it. We live in VA and go to Busch Gardens frequently, and you could literally leave your purse in the park all day, and it would probably still be there- in 10 years, I've never had a problem with being pickpocketed (even leaving my backpack outside rides while I rode).

It's not a suggestion, rather a question. I'm seeing all sorts of the custom "non Disney purchased" ears, shirts, etc - if I make or buy those and wear them into the park on my next trip to Disneyland, I'm not gonna catch grief from park staff because they are not "Disney official", right?
