Hola Amigo! I’ve just binged watch your San Juan playlist.. As my family & I are possibly planning a cruise next year w/RCL~Rhapsody of the Seas..that embarks directly out of the port there…Very well done! I can see the pride of the island/ppl a lot more through your vlogs & have a more appreciation for all the love they show here (mainland State side). As in my city, it seems that they ‘showboat’ themselves over other Latin celebrations (Mexican Americans).. but now I see it in a different light. Puerto Rican pride runs deep & I’m here for it! (My wife is Mexican, which created some bias … but no longer the case 😎🤟) 👍
Thanks for your kind words! I’ve heard rhapsody is cool because it’s smaller and can go to more exotic islands in the Caribbean like Barbados and Martinique. PR is a great launching point for cruises. I feel like there’s so much to do in San Juan versus other Cruise locations as well. La gente de PR son bien chévere✌️Thanks for your comment and support!
The place I stayed was the Casa Costera, an apartment by Marriott (so Marriott/Bonvoy discounts available and points earned. You can see the room/hotel at the 9:41 mark in the video. You can also check the link below. Thanks for watching 🙏 www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/sjutj-casa-costera-isla-verde-beach-apartments-bonvoy/overview/
Puerto Ricans 🇵🇷 are American 🇺🇲 who fought in America's major wars since 1917. Dont spread misinformation. The Island speaks Spanish and English. Get your facts straight dont disrespect Puerto Rico like that. Good day!
I had to watch the video to see what I may have said that would be disrespectful towards Puerto Rico. Are you referring to the part where I said “most places I go around the island I feel like I am the only American, which I love”? I have lived here for four years, and married to a puertorriqueña. Myself, and others that are originally from the United States are referred to as Americanos, and locals refer to themselves as Puertorriqueño, or Boriqua. No disrespect intended. Even though English is widely spoken here, Spanish is definitely the predominant language, and not all Puerto Ricans speak English. I am also aware of the many brave Puerto Ricans that have fought in the military. I have many friends here that are veterans, and current military service men and women. I appreciate your comment. Thanks for watching my video🙏 All the best
